Not exactly, Britain wasn't unified back then and thus various regions spoke different languages - from Welsh to Cornish to Pictish to Cumbric etc etc - several of which regions the KoRT are noted to be from.
It was only a jest anyways. Language never really comes up in Arthurian mythos anyways so it's not like I expect the Nasuverse to adhere to it.

When I read Le Mort D'Arthur, I just disregard nearly all geographic info because it makes no sense and because the names are just so out there that I almost feel like it's an anime.
