Reminder that in her time there wouldn't be "Welsh" or "English", they'd all be "Britons".
As for others, they'd talk in Greek or, more probably, Latin.
Not exactly, Britain wasn't unified back then and thus various regions spoke different languages - from Welsh to Cornish to Pictish to Cumbric etc etc - several of which regions the KoRT are noted to be from.
It was only a jest anyways. Language never really comes up in Arthurian mythos anyways so it's not like I expect the Nasuverse to adhere to it.
