Heres something that annoys me. When the anime refers to characters as "certain" instead of just saying the damn names. We know them already.
For example. The fgo babylonia anime referring to Merlins sword as "the sword owned by a certain someone". They do this... alot...in type moon.
I don't care about Tsuki R anymore just give me Tsuki 2 in english!
I believe it's a turn of phrase that's fairly common in Japanese (where it sounds less clunky)

It's the most minor of minor nitpicks, but the fact that Lancers (by and large) don't possess the "Riding" Class Skill despite their namesake irks me.
gotta nerf them in comparison to sabers somehow
It's sad how they have no Class Skill besides Magic Resistance
