It's more my impression than anything concrete, but Kama's infinite bodies feels very Second Magic-y
The main gimmicks BB is stealing from Beast VI involve undoing events that would harm her, which is a thing that could potentially be Second or Fifth-adjecent.
I think BB steals from everyone a bit. She has the Potnia Theron ability which is something Tiamat has, but also the Golden Grail which strongly hints at Mother Harlot. Perhaps Beasts II and VI are part of a set, like is implied with I and VII, so she's stealing from the set rather than two different Beasts.
If any of them use something similar to second magic my guess would be Beast VII.
ovg didnt you say god tier stuff is on par with true magics and true magics is just a human thing
True magic a completely inhuman and aberrant thing.
Magecraft is the pursuit of history,
Of the deeds of man, and the great circle of life.
However, Magic is the providence of a god beyond the heavens.
How could anyone on this earth call something that belongs to neither man nor the planet a miracle?
It is an indisputable crime.
Magic is the enemy of humanity itself.

Because you are too young. Or too stupid. Or both.
I mean, on a base level, True Magic= thing mankind can't do yet, gods= beings that can do things mankind can't, clearly there's overlap there.
shit BL says
Once and always and nevermore.
Aren't true magics something that only exist after the age of gods? What would happen if a human discovered one of the true magics during the age of gods? Or would that be impossible somehow?
-0,003BC-800AD is still technically Age of Gods, and at least the First existed there. You can imagine there is a relation, though.
Wasn't Zelretch vs. Crimson Moon during the Age of Gods too
One dude could use Third Magic before AD. It apparently wasn't a special thing until the end of AoG rendered in irreproducible(?). On the last night of BC, Dude 3 died, Dude 1 was born, and True Ether was replaced by our current, artificial Ether. Dude 1 learned First Magic somewhere around the next 33 years, if he is who is hinted to be.
Zelretch learned Second Magic somewhere before 0300 and used it to punch Brunestud on 0300.
The Einzbern made a new Third Magic user at the end of the 9th century.
Someone somewhere learned Fourth Magic somewhen. Reasonable speaking, it happened between 1000 and 1980 but who knows with this one.
And lastly Aoko learned Fifth Magic on the 1980s.

Do we have much in the way of clues for the current successor for first magic, beyond that they're just barely living? Or might that have been retconned at this point?
Also is it true that Jesus was the one that sent Voyager to earth?

Alice Kuonji's Yumina magecraft is First Magic lite. Yumina also happens to be the name of the founder of the Clock Tower's Botany department and someone the upper ranks of the Clock Tower know to be a Magician.
No. Never even hinted, as far as I remember.
.Q: Caster's ability as a magus is at the wizard level, but is it possible for Caster (Medea) to become a wizard in the future? Also, are there beings that have a "higher level as magi" than the current wizards?
A: Caster's a magus back in the day that true magic was common so she wouldn't have good affinity with the "Five True Magics of the Modern Era" anyhow, so, she isn't going to be able to pick up True Magic.
Also there are actually quite a few magi with level higher than the current wizards. In the first place, Aozaki Aoko herself is inferior as a magus than the lecturers of the Clock Tower.

Cheers, I saw someone mention it elsewhere and wasn't sure if I'd just missed something. I do think the two are connected though, but in a roundabout way.
Also it's been ages since anything from Requiem came out. Do we have any idea when the next book is? It kinda feels like they pumped out two of the books so that they could have a collab then just left them. On one hand, I do feel like it'd be appropriate if they waited until 2024 to release the final book, but I'd much rather prefer the inevitable anime to come out then.
What exactly? Magic being not all that special in AoG is something often acknowledged in FGO, and Aoko sucking at magecraft is a core part of her character.
Lmao Quetz reviving 100 Babylonian soldiers every day
