The song is utter ass, but the animations have improved so much its crazy.
Im also glad we're past the nightmare of CS3-4 era 2D animated OPs with the quality of a low budget hentai ova, this ones actually pretty decent. But honestly i prefer the old style they used through sky, crossbell up to CS2.

Basically what I got from the review is that it's CS3 only more so. For all it's faults and strengths. Though there are quite a few faults. Like the cast bloat, re-used PS3 assets, framerate issues, and weird abilities of the Curse.

So, the Cold Steel 4 pre-order won't download. Apparently it's something with the digital deluxe edition only, which was the only one available before launch. I'm still knee deep in other games so it'll be a while before I get to it, but not having it there bugs me.

These past months I took a break from TM stuff to binge kiseki. I finished CS3 recently and am waiting for the PC port of CS4. Man, I love all the interconnectedness. I don't think there is any other game series like this.
I was kinda disappointed that Ouroboros didn't became the main antagonists in the second half of later arcs like they did in SC. They were more cool that way.
Looking forward for the Calvard announcement this month.
I hope NISA announces Hajimari next year and that they catch up with the japanese releases not too long from now...
Still havent touched cs3 cause im so disillusioned with the direction of the series. Maybe a lit calvard trailer could get me activated.

Kondo saying theyre getting themselves a dedicated scenario planner now inspires some hope, maybe theyll avoid the trainwreck of cold steel plot that they just couldnt wrap up and kept spiraling out of control. Also adult main characters and a non school setting, hopefully it wont be as juvenile as cold steel.
