Btw ive been hella busy thats why i didnt have time to write. The Tetsuo question is hard to answer and potentially a plot point for the future. Tetsuo might be a miracle (although humanoid miracleas are unheard of) or something else entirely, but the russians have already confirmed that its make up is already beyond what you'd expect from normal technology of this age.

It pains me to say, but I'll be closing this down for the time being.

The reasons are many, but it basically boils down to one thing: This simply isn't working. I set this RP in a setting much bigger than the last, with an incredibly bigger cast, and with a premise that required for all players to advance at the same pace in order to keep the story going, a dangerous formula when you lack a solid grip on the story you create, the characters in it and the people who control them. I'm not gonna lie, improvisation has always been a big part of my GM kit, and most of the times it has been because of the players that memorable stories were able to be built. Hell, it's probably because of the players that have been loyal from the start and who have managed to create interesting stories thus far alongside the NPCs that I did not take this decision sooner. However, I am sorry. The story has a lot of potential but as things stand a part of me cannot allow it to continue. I hope you can understand.

I thank you for your patience, beg for your forgiveness, and sincerely hope I can learn from my mistakes so we can meet again in another project in the future.
