I mean, it would make more sense for us to be more involved if we were participants, but we are basically the pit crew, and then helping them break out, so being more hands off makes sense.

And eddy, with Raikou, I know she feigns a lot of stuff and I see the nuances of the character, like her jealousy of Shuten because she can live free as an oni (which is why Saber Raikou, if they use that as the final bit of her character development, I would guess lets her be wild but disciplined and embrace her oni heritage).
And for this Raikou, the public morals bit was a cover all along, she lets it slip that she just wants to show off for you with the swimsuit and the public morals bit is just a smokescreen to edge out competition. Works for me.

And I'd have no problem with that if it were just a cover, but it is literally in every single line she says. I'm not exaggerating here (or if I am, it's not a big exaggeration). It's like being back in fucking Agartha, or a shitty first timer's oneshot manga, and the characters aren't characters, they're just a catchphrase over and over again, and the two possibilities are either the author's a moron, or they think their readers are morons that need the character's catchphrase repeated so often that it's imprinted into the brains of every reader, just so they don't forget who said that stupid fucking phrase since they last read them two minutes and fifteen seconds ago.

Both Raikous have realy good gameplay, so while there are some things in their character design that i would definitely change, i just overlook those in favor of buster memes.

Raikou Lancer and Waver are two Servants I would mod my game to remove all sprites and voice lines of, if I could just keep their abilities.

Well if we're going by the JP event chart, there were 4 weeks between Summer 2 rerun and Summer 3; but they also had the 3rd Anniversary during that time, and we got it before Summer 2. So yeah, a week after this one ends is when I'd guess we'd get Summer 3 as well.
