I've never heard of current event CEs in RP shop. Just a select few of past event CEs are up there.

Anyone have Holmes? I got use him for the first time during my run through of Lostbelt 2 and he works so well for my arts team. I want him...but he is limited.
I have him. He is level one and stuck in the cupboard, does that count?

yeah my Holmes doesn't really see any use at all.
Not that I'm upset about my new Musashi, but I wish I'd gotten Holmes from GSSR. I probably wouldn't use him much but his interludes sound really interesting. Also I just like him.

I get that you wanted him for story and all and maybe I am biased but it really sounds like he is so worthless people are dumping him into the cupboard who don’t usually cupboard anyone
Holmes is challenge quest material.
He occupies that same weird spot as Emperor Lelouch, where in most content he isn't really useful, but then challenge quests come out with nonsense like -90% damage and evade spam and so on, and that's when you lay out enough lines of void dust that Holmes goes completely off his rocker, calls a hat rack Watson, and then goes out and beats the enemy to death with his cane, ignoring the fact that magic and gods have decreed they're invincible.

How do we get Tribute Points now?
You'll still automatically get them during 10.00 PST even after finishing the event, with the points below Tribute Points added. What's left is farming mats.
At least until CQ is unlocked.
CQs tend to have damage resistance instead of stacked DEF now, so holmes loses his main use. he was pretty good vs siegfried in the last nerofest but that's it.
I haven't encountered a single CQ where Holmes' main gimmick was actually useful.

Siegfried was much easier dealt with using Emiya's DEF-ignoring NP, and he had stacked damage resistances anyway.
