The year kicked off well with me managing to summon the adorable kitchen birb on the first day of the year (whom I hope to NP2 this year). Was also sort of hoping for Tamamo, but that didn't work out. GSSR got me summer BB, who I grumbled but ended up being pretty happy about getting, even if she ended up making her home in the Second Archive with her 4* self for a while.
The next batch of rolling came with Ooku (just after a truly marathon session in managing to clear the whole thing minutes before it ended) whereby a few rolls I had to throw at Kama failed unspectacularly... but I was more than rewarded when not only did I finally manage to get Ecchan, I also got a surprise but not unwelcome spook by Artemis (Orion). Rolling for Reines and/or Astraea apparently gave absolutely nothing of note, so the next milestone came in GudaGuda Sengoku Japan. An early event Tristan spook, a copy or two of Oni Musashi, and blessedly Zerker Nobu were the ultimate tally.
What little I rolled in LB4 hoping for Asclepius came to NP1 Will Tell and not much else.
The anniversary GSSR 'corrected' past faults by giving me my exact target in Kama, and FP rolling for the new batch of bronze Servants went pretty smoothly (except for Gareth who being the one I cared for the most was not to be NP5'd until months later).
Summer 3 rerun came and with it a sparing effort of rolling for MHXX, which was luckily rewarded without wasting too much quartz and without raising my blood pressure by forcing me to deal with Saber Medb in one way or another.
Rolling in Summer 4 was, fitting to its theme, a big gamble given its proximity to my ultimate target in Saber Wars 2, but I once again managed to skate by not only hitting my two primary targets (Λambdaryllis and Tachibana Hibiki Jet Okita Souji) but also the absolute femme fatale CARmilla on a throwaway roll. No Bunnytoria or Summersashi though. Fast forwarding a bit through several tempting banners, the class-based campaign's EXTRA banner lured me in to a surprisingly positive result, as my intended 10roll and a bit for Astraea wound up yielding Jinako, NP2 Jeanne, and enough Salieris to NP5 (starting at none). Fortunately, there was still enough time until SW2 to rebuild what was lost, to the end of a very successful roll binge; roughly 150~ rolls in total rewarded me with the intended Astarte (NP2), Stheno (spook, but surprisingly for the first time in three years) and NP2 Jane (not unwelcome). Possibly a few NP upgrades I'm forgetting as well. The rest of the year was mostly blind rolls until recently, where despite a few setbacks and early buying a quartz package for GSSR I managed to snag both Reines and Macho Orion, with a side of Prince of Lanling (though not Qin Liangyu). And NP5 Mandricardo, I guess.
