Wat. Randomly dropping another interlude during Morgfest?

Don't have the Busty metas, but using the same BigBikiniBuki setup is good enough with 4+ rounds.
EQ1 was easy enough - After getting to MLB the damage CE and I have a Musashi. Taunt CE's and taunters for the rest. Was able to put on Bond, MC bonus even.
EQ2 tried the BigBikiniBuki team to see what the gimmick was like. Failed at the last hurdle. That arts looping oni-onee crazy strong...

Honestly before this interlude, things always seemed to point at there only being one Dantes. Like in Shimosa where Holmes asked Chaldea Dantes for help, and then Dantes appeared in the Shimosa pseudo Singularity which was kinda sorta in Guda's mind.

Also in one of Amakusa's interludes, Amakusa spoke to Chaldea Dantes and requested to take over Guda's mind protection for the night. How do those things work if there are separate Dantes lol

I could have just borrowed a cracked Melusine to deal with Ash, but I wanted to see how Summer Yu would fare, especially since you can use 2 Skadis to get around "no double servants" rule. Well, she actually did great for the first 3 bars and even the last one, but he got like 3 guts and that's when everything started to fall apart faster than Fairy Britain after Morgan's death (also Oberon screwed me over by dying to oneshot before doing anything, lol). In the end I barely won due to having Scathach as back-up dps and even then, it was really close.

Maybe I should have just go with Melusine...

Chaldea Dantes says that they communicate with each other in the interlude actually. I do think it makes it more complicated than it needs to be though.

It's still somewhat fine now. The payoff later will double the feeling that this is more complicated than it needs to be.

Out of curiosity I tried Ash with both Scathach and Melusine. The results varied greatly.

Scathach run was a shitshow. Maybe I just got unlucky or I suck at this game, but there were problems with both NP charge and damage. Even Stun on NP didn't help since I coudn't spam it and was forced to slow down. And slowing down during this fight is a really bad idea - burns will eat your team alive (and lower your ATK), meanwhile Ash powers himself up and gets a shit-ton of guts. I lost Scathach before I even got to Guts and then I lost Yu, and that was game over.

Melusine run was a walk in the park. She just looped and looped, and looped again. Nobody died (well Castoria got unlucky and caught NP at the very last moment), and Ash got 1 less guts than he did with Yu.

So if I had to rate my experience, it would be something like this:

Melusine - easy mode.

Yu - normal/hard mode.

Scathach - super hardcore mode.

Ash EQ: I threw best clay and yetanothernasuloli at the problem until it was gone. And then the problem was gone.

Yay, they made Medb Warden costume free! Summer 2 was long before my time, but now my Medb can look cool too. While continue not being used since Elly exists.

I didn't feel like waiting for crits to min-turn an EQ again, so I used Immortal Team against Europa. Worked surprisingly well despite Talos having 2 actions and Europa having Charm. God bless whales and their NP 5 Morgan, doing it with my own would be such a slog.

Shiki clowned all over Europa. Second most satisfying EQ so far.

I have to say, after the hell that was the Tesla Coils, this is very chill.

Did the Dantes interludes. The first one was easy, since I have Jalter to nuke Rulers and Cu Caster to loop Assassins.

The second was more interesting. Ibuki fight once again reminded me what a huge impact having a good roster makes on one's gameplay. First time I fought her I had no meta supports and had to use a revive. Now my Sith in tandem with Castoria and Skadi rolled all over her. The difference in experience was enormous.

That does not apply to Cernnunos at all, though. People say it's a nerfed version, but I found him absolulely lethal. Even with my NP 4 Erice backed by 2 Castorias and unleasing all NPs almost every turn, he still went through my team as if they were made of paper. The final bar had to be soloed by MHXX after both Danteses got NPed (thank god for her personal invul) and she got drained to 1 hp at the very end. I suppose it's still better experience than my original fight where my team was really bad and I had to revive thrice, lol.

I tried to use Summer Ibuki again to min-turn Salieri, but RNG once again went "no, fuck you!" Everything that could go wrong, did go wrong: wrong cards, NP seal on Castoria, and then Kama cast AoE Charm as her first action. In the end I had to sacrifice Ibuki and let OG BB, the only Moon Cancer I actually have, to finish Salieri last bar. At least his chance Evade didn't work, so there is that.

I can do 90++ by using Euryale-Arash-Oberon combo but it's messy and I don't need any drops, so I am gonna farm 90+ on natural AP.

Thanks for the heads up I didn't know there was an interlude til I read this. I had to run Ibuki twice since I didn't know who I was facing so I was just loaded with Archers. Her Inv always worked so only the ignore Inv worked. Cernnunos was easier then the first time but because of the two Dantes it came off annoying to me. I beat it on my first tty but my team endded with just a Dante.

The Europa fight took me several tries. I was because I wanted to win with my Koyan Dark who had an MLB Attack event CE, Gogh, and Douman team. Koyan could crit Europa first bar easy but during the second bar Douman would normally fall before his skills cooled. Then getting rid of Europa summons proved easy but the focus Target made crit hits hard. What won was a NP 5 LV 120 MLB event CE Bazett. After some how using Gogh NP 2 time in a row and beating 3 or 4 summons Bazett hit the field. After beating another summom trying to get Bazett's NP up Europa focused on her and managed to make Koya and Bazett use guts. Luckily Koyans skills became active and manged to help Bazett reach 100% NP. Koyan had 2 buster cards and a bit of Gogh boost so I had Bazett use her NP plus her left and right skill and hoped Koyan could beat the summon. She did and Europa tried to use charm twice in a row. It never hit and it triggered Bazetts counter ( I didn't know skills would trigger it so at first I thought this would be another failed run) it beat Europa and left Koyan and Bazett both with HP 1.

So over all a fun challenge. Knowing I had an immortal team in the ready did take some of the stress off.

As a F2P I can say not all NP 5 Morgan's belong to whale saving for the right time can work to.

This 90++ is the easiest one yet. The 2 normal waves mean that my NP is ready to go with max buffs on deck for Kintoki. And I can do it with Vritra too, so I can build up some good bond at the same time.

Borrowed a souped up S.Ibuki to see what the fuss was about, it was quite amusing. I don't think any of the Servants made it out alive.

Only rota where I'll do the 90++.It's not so much that I need bells (although I guess I kind of do) but rather that I don't need magatamas or gallstones. Also I unironically have an easier time running this 90++ than the associated 90+.

Anyways, what a waste of a non-story with a borderline insulting CG.

Well, that sure was a nice cutscene, showing off Britomarte's huge.... assets. For a moment there I felt really motivated to roll for her. Then I remembered I still don't have Melusine.

It's funny how what was supposed to be the most difficult EQ was actually the easiest one and amounted to 2 Morgans throwing NPs at each other, lol. Just need to murder Douman before he can murder you and save all invuls for Castoria, because, oh boy. the fairy from Avalon does NOT like her replacement.

My Vritra can't do this 90++, so Iyo's back from the vacation she took after GudaGuda, hard at work getting me more bells. Soon I will have to burn Exp cards for the first time ever.

For Morgan I used the immortal team took 22 turns so not bad. Is it me or was this fest easier then the last ( the only trouble for me was at the start when I had no event MLB CE and a self imposed one when using my Koyan Dark team)? In all the others I remembering needing to use a CS also un like last year we have set battles where when we used a servant we couldn't use them again.

For the 90++ I have only tried my NP Summer Ibuki and though I won it took a few turns. I guess I try other teams and see if I can get a 3 or 4 turn clear.

It was, for the most part, yeah.

un like last year we have set battles where when we used a servant we couldn't use them again.

That was still this spring's and half of what made it borderline miserable, the other half being not accounting for the lack of event damage CE or event damage bonus for specific Servants as opposed to the original runs.
