DW insists EoR isn't required, yet two of the major protagonists of part 2 joins us there, a major antagonist is presented there, a lot of the Lostbelt prologue relies on conflicts presented in it, and it foreshadows a bunch of stuff.
It is "part 1.5" in name only tbh
Just ignore it until when it's important basically.
But yeah this is a question more for the general thread.
"Only in my company, will you not be a monster"
anywhere than here
I mean, I didn't mean to spoil anything, but this is pretty solidly an NA-related question.

True, but the majority of content there (as I understand things at least) is still mostly filler.
I guess I'm just hoping against hope that we can eventually overcome the 2 years behind thing, because by Jove it is already getting old.

shit BL says
Once and always and nevermore.
It's as much filler as Orleans or Okeanos I'd say. So not at all.
We're not going to catch up with JP. That's a straight-up fact.
We are almost definitely gonna get a lot closer than we are, though, since JP's had entire months of literally nothing at times, and I hope we can just skip over those empty weeks and months.

Well, if we can shrink the distance over time, we'll catch up eventually. That's good.

No, we couldn't catch up even if we cut out six months per year, because we'd hit the point at which we literally couldn't cut down any time unless we were willing to run three events at the same time, or half a dozen banners at once, or have a translator literally peeking over Nasu's shoulder as he writes.
There are months of no banners and no events, but there are also months of banners and events. And we're going to need downtime anyway, if we don't wanna burn out.
I'm one of the people who wants to get a lot closer than we currently are, but if it means we go at Korea's pace then fuck that.

I said "eventually". As long as JP has empty weeks or months and we fill those gaps with content (leaving a break week here an there, of course), we'll catch up sooner or later. I don't feel like rushing either.

Even then, it isn't possible. Not difficult, impossible.
All of the content they've released in JP- all the events, the singularities, they're all time that we've got to go through. So, if there are twelve weeks' worth of events between us here just past Halloween 2016 rerun and them on the Halloween 2017 rerun, twelve weeks is how much we're permanently going to be behind by. If there's twelve months' worth of content by the time we get there, that's how long we're going to be behind by.

Korea's pace is an event every couple days, or so it was the last time I heard. They don't get downtime. I'm pretty sure they had two events or two separate banners running simultaneously at some point.

Hmmm hm hm

Wandering on internet
Catching up is a terrible idea, people need to translate things.
And what makes you think they're ever going to get closer to JP? I mean I'd love to be just one year behind but lol that's not happening.
We're probably going to get the same months of nothing JP did.
There was that Q&A thing about how in a couple months our Clairvoyance isn't going to be as accurate anymore, but that could mean anything and I probably wouldn't bet on too accelerated of a schedule.
