For Saber, she's just as good with a level 100 pure Attack CE (i.e. Kaleidoscope) as she would be from the bond 10 CE before additional Attack Up buffs get applied, and it only gets worse when you add more Attack Up sources. For the others, either you don't care about how much damage your supportive Servants like Mashu, Andersen, Waver, etc do since they are there to either boost damage of other Servants or keep the party from dying.
If you factor in other CEs like Golden Sumo, then you're actually losing out on damage from Saber with her bond 10 CE.
I don’t have any level 100 attack CEs. Hell I don’t even have any level 100 CEs. I think my strongest is like a level 50 odd formalcraft
EDIT: also I don’t really put that much thought in creating a strategized tactically capable team. I did for the Rome event of course. But for the most part my crew is just saber, tamamo, and a berzerg rush due to my weird tendency to summon SR and SSR berserkers
Well, keep working at it and you'll eventually get some. Think I had my first 100 CE around Babylonia, and that was before the CE leveling update that NA started with.
100 Golden Sumo is pretty decent, even on JP. It's slightly weaker than some of the other options that have come out, but it's still solid to use.
55 here, but almost everyone is at the final ascension, just gotta level them.
46 max levelled, 8 at final ascension, 19 at third ascension, and the rest is at the second ascension.
The ones at final ascension will most likely be maxed for the 2nd christmas event. the raffle will take care of the low level ones. By the end of the year, everyone should be at final ascension. probably

By the way, CE leveling update, is that something that’s to be implemented in NA GO?
You guys already have it. The only thing you didn't start with was the one QoL update that made sure you wouldn't lose Limit Break crystals if you fed a partially LB CE to a duplicate instead of the other way around, but that should already been in NA by now.

Since i started in january, i couldn't get anough manaprism to limit break the DaVinci CE, so i just give up on it, and now that i started leveling the skills past level 6, i'm on QP hell. FOREVER

Don't put your Mona Lisa on your support Ce if you haven't MLBed it pls. I can tell the difference between the MLB one and not btw, it's just look ugly on support
