stun him before break with plugsuit, use MC with guts(anni blonde), or CS
it might also be possible to pick an NP charge MC and just burst him down on the second turn without CS, unsure if you'd get enough damage, might depend on which one you pick

I figured out the Plugsuit method after Command Seal revive failed and some trial and error.

With a Command Spell, or the Atlas MC and lots of luck.

Atlas doesn't work cuz he gets ignore invincible after break, you have to either kill him in 2 turns(possibly with cs) or use stun/guts/cs rez

Pretty easy.

1) Pop all Sishtar skills to survive t1, do an AQA chain to fill NP bar (BAA might work too, idk) (Either go for Quick NP type for more damage or Buster to use Anni Blonde's Buster buff)
2) Finish his first bar with whatever you want, preferably something that makes lots of stars, survive his second NP with MC skill (either Guts from Anniversary Blonde or Invinc from Atlas Uniform)
3) Finish him off with NP Brave Chain (if you went anni blonde use your stars and Buster buff on a Buster Brave Chain here)

Didn't realise Atlas doesn't work, guess Anni Blonde is the best way to go here. Plugsuit I didn't consider since 3rd skill is unconditionally dead here.
