It took some doing, but my goal is accomplished. NP3 went quickly in the free SQ from the event. NP4 was the first pack. NP5 took a tad bit more. Also picked up an Orion, Drake, and Achilles. Drake is a USO and Orion is now NP5. And right before I went to sleep I did my daily friend gacha.

Stalling out Salter with Mash/Jeanne/Chloe still works, but it's also still boring as all hell. It's been a year and I didn't even max Chloe's Projection since.

EDIT2: Quest clear, barely, and only had two use 2 CS to do it. Oh well, at least I didn't have to resort to quartz.

Nice got Skadi in 2 10 pulls, but is going to take some time for me to use her for double Skadi, don't have the gems to lvl up her after getting Sieg and Paracelsus skills maxed.

Ah, I guess the Quick is strong with me. Skadi in 1 multi and an NP2 Dantes in the GSSR. I too need caster cookies though, why oh why are they not all open for this campaign!

Yes, if you want it you take a key and unlock a card from a Servant's deck (the color of the key corresponds to the card type it is able to unlock) and affix a Command Code to them. Honestly, they really aren't important from a practical standpoint. But ones such as the Ishtar Buster one is very powerful and Servants like Summer Okita and Frankie appreciate the Tamamo mirror CC. Other than that, they are pretty stupid.

They are nice for solos tho. You can give them to units you like soloing with and they will provide them with a little bit of extra wiggle room to get out of some tight spots they wouldn't normally be able to get out of. But even then it's typically not make or break.

Uh, so pardon the ignorance, but what are those Command Codes for?

They're effects you can put on specific cards on your Servants. The one we just got was a 3* Fou, which gives you a 200HP heal on whichever card you put it on, so you get a 200HP heal every time that hero uses that card. Eventually we'll end up with a bunch of stuff like 1x debuff immunity, which is useful on Servants like Tamamo & Fran for using before their NP, and +damage against Divinity, and +crit star gen and +crit star attract, and so on.

It's still a pretty limited system even in JP, they aren't releasing many, just one or two per event, and you can't get copies, which is annoying for people like me, who don't like to invest much in one Servant, but spread stuff out.

Basically, pick your favourite Servant, unlock all their command cards, insert the best command codes you can find.

Note that while Card Unlockers are available for mana prisms every month (o my dwindling supplies), Code Removers are only available for Rare Prisms or sometimes as event rewards. You can overwrite 2* and below codes, but in general you want to be careful about what Code to slot.

Fortunately for us we have a 2 year advantage in knowing when good CCs are coming out.

Another question, guys: can I unlock more than one type of command code on a Servant? For instance, can I unlock both Buster and Arts codes for Caster!Cú Chulainn? And is there a limit on how many codes a Servant can have?

Each card is separate BTW. So you could have a healing code on one Arts card and a Star Gather code on the second, for example.

Salt Report:

17 Tickets got me nothing.
14 10 rolls (leaving me 10 more for Summer Fran and Nobu) Got me NP ups on Fionn, Rama, Lolidusa, and Stheno (x2) along with my first ever K-scope, and a bunch of those annivsary Ce's.
Realize I get a login bonus in 2 weeks so I can throw one last 10 roll and Skadi shows up first thing. Really glad I threw that one.

Then for GSSR I get Holmes. What is he good for? Seems like he exists only for challenge quests like Sigried where they buff defense to max. He can't even act as support since all his skill are self targeted.
