Is anyone able to three-turn without Squirtoria? I'm using Kuro and NP1 Ishtar and I'm occasionally able to three-turn it, but it comes down to face cards for both the second and third waves.

How?

Berserkerlot with MLB Kaleido, Tesla with MLB Black grail, Merlin, Waver.

1st wave :
Tesla attack with art card and his first skill if he had anyone.
Lancelot NP with his 2nd and 3rd skill on
2nd wave:
Merlin uses his three skills (i usually use the third on tesla).
Swap in Waver, complete the charge for Lancelot.
Lancelot NP with his 2rd skill on.
Lancelot and/or Tesla crits (Tesla attack with at least art card and his first skill if he could not find it in the first wave).
3rd wave:
Plugsuit attack bonus,
Tesla uses his second and third skill and NP
Lancelot and/or Tesla crits.

It's RNG dependent (you need to see at least one tesla art card in the first two waves and you need a Tesla brave chain or two buster cards after Tesla NP in the third) but it works like... 65-70% of the runs.

I can 3-4 turn it, but it's very Servant and card dependent. If I get the wrong cards, I'm fighting a 400kHP Salter with a bond level backline.

A few tips for anybody struggling with a lot of turns:
Buffs are multiplicative, there's a reason Merlin's the #1 support here. Crit buffs, attack buffs, card type buffs, power buffs and NP buffs multiply by each other.
Sunset Santaparilla's a single target Archer with targetable NP charge, crit buff, and NP buffs, and her NP drops a huge amount of stars. Kill La Kill level of stars. She isn't Kuro or Kintoki levels of broken, but she can help your team be broken.
Crits can be better than NPs. If you can't get an NP charged to wipe every wave with your setup, remember you've got a Mozart whose third skill drops up to 50 stars and also that one Carp CE that drops stars, and a couple CEs also buff crits. IIRC, Billy's got the highest crit multiplier skill in the game.

Seriously, my Ishtar's doing like 100k with her NP then 250k crits, and the only support Caster I have is Your Friend's Merlin.

Well, I can 4-turn the node reliably with a +6 bonus now.

I was 10-turning it before with a +7 bonus.

I take 4-5 turns usually, unless I'm lucky and both Moriarty and Archuria get an art card in wave 1 and I get some really lucky cards in turn 2 and 3.

On Box 29 but I can open up to 35.

Getting close to emptying the shop, got Santa Altera and finally was able to move Ishtar to 3 ascension, not to level her to 80 and I should be able to ascend go further.

Is the next lotto a little smoother to farm?

Waaaay less HP, way easier, and I think the lotto CEs even have 50% NP charge at the start. I think this is the worst or second worst farming event to date in JP, difficulty-wise. There are still some annoying mixed-class events to farm, but as far as pure HP and damage requirements go, we're over the hump.
