Just beat CQ. It went better then my last time. I used Mash, NP5 Archer Jeanne d'Arc (support) and Tamamo. They were able to wipe the enemy out pretty quickly. Luckily Mash and Tamamo were mostly targeted and their defense, plus Tamas heal and cool down, let the three make it to the end. Side note BB was much easier to me this time since the last Christmas event gave us Ruler Quetzalcoatl.

I have to say, the ending to this event really went from "Evil God BB is about to subject you to horror manga tropes IRL" to cop cliches with a side order yuri teasing in a hot second. The power of Servant Universe characters, lmao.

I forgot Kiara has damage bonus against Rulers. first round was fine. Second round I looked away for a second and my frontline was dead by round 2.

Eh, I just charmed the heck out of her using Kama with Skadi and BBhotep. It took two turns at best condition. I can see it as her payback to Kiara for making her work for Chaldea.

Rolled my leftover tickets for XX, nothing doing. Decided against principle to roll singles until I got to the bonus round, last roll... SUCCESS.

That's what I'm expecting. Also a little surprised we haven't gotten any info yet if that's to be the case, but there's still plenty of time for them to announce it by Wed. night when Summer3Re ends.

But yeah this event went far too long, even though it was meant to because of the damn Point ladders. Just finished the last one here this morning, so I guess I'll head back to Egg farming for the early part of next week.

What's the best node to farm Motivation, Technique, AND Imagination all at once?

There isn't, iirc. Except for the limited Raid nodes, I don't think there's any node that drops more than one of the Point currencies. Best ones to farm altogether are Mauna Loa, Mauna Kea, and Kilauea. :|

I'm hitting around 40k per run on the volcano maps, which is 10k more than the nodes for the shop currency. However I'm also running somewhere around 400%-500% so it might only be a single extra 2k drop.

The new nodes ARE the best for points, but they're worse for shop currency (if you're not done with that yet) due to each of them dropping two kinds.

Speaking of currency, where are you guys farming fluffy bills? All the nodes look like a pain to farm to me.

I farmed the beach for them since between lancers and assassins there way more AoE of the later that give bonus for this event.

Yeah, but neither Scathach nor Nito are exactly good damage dealers and thoae nodes are beefy. Oh well.

I tried to YOLO last of my Quartz to get MHXX, only to get another BB. She's really eager to sabotage my MHXX roll. I might as well consider to use her beyond her niche.

So I'd like to ask others' opinions, how good is she as a neutral DPS at NP2? Her card-lock niche aside, 50% crit up + 20% Buster Up & 50% NP Strength Up looks huge, and there's that 50% NP Charge.

She's okay. Honestly as a Moon Cancer she really suffers from only having super-effective damage against Avengers/Zerkers and neutral to almost everything else besides Rulers. Her card lock skill makes her amazing to use if you build a specific team; can be around her as a crit DPS with some support, or to help setup Star gening or Arts looping with other Servants with her as a support. She gets decent passives to help her damage, and her NP will drain one tick of an enemy's NP gauge with a small chance to drain two ticks if you can get a high Overcharge on it.

tl;dr though is if you've got a dedicated AoE Servant for all 7 regular classes you can use and/or have supportive Servants that can more reliably help with Star Gen or charging NP gauges, you'll likely only ever bring her out to help with the odd Avenger enemy, and even then you might be likely to bring her Welfare 4* version because she has a ST NP while Summer BB has an AoE one. :|

I see. Welp, this makes her my first limited SSR to be at NP2, so I'll invest on her a bit. Plus, the upcoming event has summer Servants receive damage boost, so she'll at least perform decently there.

Runs July 29th - August 18th, so another 3 week event.
