I'm searching multiple communities now, just to find someone with the Formal Portrait CEs of Heracles and Penthesilea.

Using the good ol' stall for Protea fight. Buffing Jalter twice by swapping her to the back row and tanked Protea until 22nd turn where her HP reset. Then swapped Jalter back for another buffing, and she nearly one-shotted her. Good thing the facecard finished her off.

I never have the patience for stall battles. I just put versus on Altjuna + 2 Merlin + Chen buffs and repeated the first turn until I got a Buster Brave Chain.

For Kingprotea, I buffed the heck out of my Enkidu with double Merlins and swapped him for Jeanne immediately after. Went 20+ turns stalling and staying alive until her debuff came and I brought Enkidu back out to end the dang fight.

Not a fan of stall fights either.

It really makes me wish I had chosen Jeanne for the free SSR. Finding one in Support was a pain, but damn did she carry me when I did.

i have the ultimate unkillable stall team of Tamamo/Jeanne/Merlin if I ever need them but I prefer to use something faster

I'm going through Olympus right now and same, because Demeter is a cheating cheat who cheats.

Seriously, I have her down to 18k hp (plus guts) with Ozy and Kintoki's NP's both ready to go. She survives with 2000 hp, clears her NP seal, NP's, and crits the attack right afterwards to wipe'em both!

Hey, GSSR is only a few days away now, and this one divided by year of release. Which one is everyone trying for? Personally the last two years feel like the right choice for me, but Looking at those first year releases, and outside of Byrn and Ikesander, all are good picks, and most of my most common picks too. It's pretty tempting, especially since there's no real lemons in that group, no worrying about pulling a Murasaki or loli Vinci.

...You know that Demeter actions follow a fixed pattern, right? They even put a mock battle to make you learn that. The order is
- turn 1: Defense up + damage cut, attack and attack.
- turn 2: attack up + 3 bars np charge, attack and attack.
- turn 3: buff clear + debuff immunity + heal, attack and attack.
and repeat. She does other stuff at break bar, of course, but this action order is fixed.

Demeter's Def buff is what makes her an annoying boss in Olympus. Especially bad when you don't have Martha or Jack(not advised because Class disadvantage), but even then she'll quickly whip up another buff in a few turns. Another way is to use Ignore Def, but there are very few who have that.

This is the fight where I began to utilize CC to remove corresponding buffs, so equipping my DPS Rider with Law of Creation and Wicked Command Spell did wonder for the fight; no more pesky damage cut, and my Ushi cut through her nicely.

Pretty sure that's not true, since manipulating RNG (by using skills etc) to change her pattern still worked like it does on most bosses. She never used her NP gain skill on this run, for example.

Look, take one of the 100000 Demeter fights on the web and you'll see it's always the same. Unless you stun her, or you skill block her, or she starts with full NP bar so she immediately does her NP and she skip the skill use for that turn, the sequence never change. Defense up and damage cut/attack up and charge/debuff and heal.

I wrote a detailed analysis for every year and then I realised it doesn't matter, I'm gonna roll on the '19-'20 banner for a chance at Saber Fran even though I have or hate all the SSR's there (except Abby).

Fighting just a Cerberus right after Limbo-Altjuna duo feels anticlimactic. Pretty weird choice for a memorial when there are fights like Chiron + mooks and Chiron + Poseidon's core.

For Limbo-Altjuna, I used Kama + W Skadi to one-shot him, and also Altjuna's first bar. Then Scathach and Santagale picked off the remaining bar.

Yeah when i saw the enemy was a Rider i assumed it'd be Odysseus
