God’s Resolution	---	A Class Skill of the Ruler class and is the privilege of the Ruler presiding over the Holy Grail War. However, fundamentally unused as Melek Taus is unlikely to be summoned into a Holy Grail War, even as a Ruler class. Melek is possibly only able to be summoned due to the extenuating circumstances of the events that take place in the FGO timeline and the FATE summoning system present in Chaldea.
Magic Resistance	EX	Grants protection against magical effects that can nullify, or rather, evade most forms of magecraft. Melek Taus, already being a transcendental entity from the Age of Gods outrights shrugs off most magics even without the acquisition of this skill. It is likely that only attacks tailored to her on a conceptual level would have any actual effect.
True Name Discernment	C+	A Class Skill of the Ruler class where status information such as one's identity, Skills and Parameters are automatically revealed to the owner of this Skill when directly encountering a Servant
Existence Outside the Domain	D-	Class skill associated with Foreigners. Denotes a being that descended from the void of outer space or exists stringently outside of the human order. While this skill’s parameters are significantly decreased due to Ruler not being within her Foreigner class and using a human as a host to manifest, there is no denying that Melek Taus is ultimately an angelic being appointed by ‘God’ to carry out its duties. This position has given Melek Taus an innate distance from the human order as she exists outside the boundaries of humanity due to her role, even if significantly degraded.
Independent Action	A	The ability to remain independent even when rejecting the Magical Energy supply from one's Master; the ability that allows for action even in the absence of the Master. Ruler by her very nature acquires this skill. However, this skill in another particular class would be “Independent Manifestation” but it is likely an intentional downgrade on her part as her manifestation into reality without a proper host would likely result in dire consequences.

In the hands of the Peacock Angel, a being who is the emanation of God themselves, the holy sacred waters of the White Springs are used upon allies and foes alike and temporarily “seals” the abilities of those they deem to be unclean. Nevertheless, the seal itself is a prelude to a ‘great blessing’ however, as those baptised by Melek Taus can be seen as nothing short than a boon. This skill is amplified under the effects of Kitêba Cilwe.
Innocent Monster (Iblis)	B	An attribute possessed by Servants whose true history and existence have been distorted by the monstrous reputations and gossips they accrued across the course of their life and thereafter, without concern for the actual person's will or appearance. Melek Taus has been attributed to many figures such as the god Tammuz from Mesopotamian faith and even to Iblis the Great Evil Djinn of Islamic belief and even the devil themselves for refusing to prostrate themselves to the first man, Adam, when commanded to. In addition to the many misfortunes that Ruler carries out, there are many who view Melek as an evil entity and her followers devil worshippers. It is for this, that the Peacock Angel has retained certain aspects of these misinformed comparisons. However, Ruler doesn’t seem to mind too much and in fact, finds it somewhat amusing.

As the first among the archangels and the most powerful, Melek Taus holds an extraordinary power over the physical world and this Noble Phantasm gives her the right to expend this authority. Weakened due to her human host, it is by no means any less effective as it allows Ruler to manifest the abilities of the other Seven Mysteries (“heft sirr” or the archangels) to use at her whim. Granting her partial control over the divine authorities attributed to the other Archangels under Melek Taus' command . Azrael Michael Sariel Rapheal Azazel Gabriel Ezrayîl, Mîkayîl, Şifqayîl, Derdayîl, Ezafîl, Ezazîl and finally Cibrayîl, One who guides souls to God One who is like God The Prince of God The Journeyer of God The Light of God The Scapegoat of God The Might of God These can be seen as Ruler imitating the abilities and traits of her fellow angels but that phrasing would be infantile at best as she herself is literally manifesting said archangels through her body as a representation of the Divine. Of course, as stated, this is significantly less potent due to the degradation of the skill as well as the fact that she can only call upon one at a time and isn’t something that can be used in quick succession.

Rank	A++	It is stated in the words of Yazidi faith that there was once a book. This book's purpose was simple. The allocation of responsibilities left to the angel by God itself. Blessings or misfortunes were under its purview. The First Man, Adam, onced asked the mighty archangel, “O’ Lord archangel, why must we too suffer misfortune? Why must we live in fear of adversity and yet be in bliss of your favor?” The entity looked upon the human, and replied, “You, who was created from Dust, have no place to question my choices, as I am of the Divine itself. Your role, is to simply accept them as they are” This is the underlying message of the Yazidi’s book of faith. It is in fact, one of two books presented within the religion, the other being the Meṣḥefa reş, the Black Book. However, both ultimately serve the same purpose as core texts in Yazidi religion. In the eyes of Melek Taus however, it an expression of her power itself and her dominion over “blessings and misfortunes” The Noble Phantasm allows for any attack or “misfortune” on her and her allies to be redirected to “somewhere else” leaving only “blessings in its wake” .It doesn't disappear however, but simply “changes” targets. This can be used in the opposite as well if Ruler so deems it. Taking upon misfortunes and redirecting the “blessing” elsewhere. With the use of Kitêba Cilwe, Ruler can also increases the probabilities of misfortune or blessing befalling a location or individual and serves as a synchronous ability in relation to her skill, Mor Kirin/Kaniya Sipî. Nevertheless, the abilities of Kitêba Cilwe are only active as long as the book, or rather the Noble Phantasm is active and despite having Independent Action, it still requires quite a bit of mana to maintain once activated so the use of a Master is required in most cases.

Rank	---	(Translated as, “The Passing of the Torch”) In the Yazidi faith, It is said that God created the universe. In its Infinite Light, this God would create seven Angels to help maintain it’s creation. The First among the Seven was the leader of these Angels. The one known as Melek Taus. God said to the Angel, “O’ First Among Firsts, ye who governs the sublime, You are the ruler and Lord on the Earth” And thus, God the compassionate, bestowed upon the angel the seven earths and the Throne of Heaven to rule as they pleased. This Noble Phantasm is conceptualized into Ruler’s very being. A crystallization of the very act of God “passing the torch” of ownership and rule of the World to Melek Taus and ‘Seven Mysteries’ to rule over Creation. This Noble Phantasm merely reenacts this event. Through this, Melek Taus gains “ownership” over the World. In layman’s terms, she becomes God of the Earth for she is God. Thus firmly ruling over and guiding over humanity as she sees fit once and for all time as the one who rules worldly affairs. Of course, such a Noble Phantasm is all but incapable of being used. Such power granted to an Heroic Spirit or even Divine Spirit would never be permitted to be used, even in the event of the Incineration of Man and the Human Order Revision. This is a different story however if Melek Taus were to self-manifest as a possible Evil of Humanity. If this ability were to manifest, then Melek Taus herself would recreate the Human Order in her image, becoming the new pseudo “will of the Planet”. However, despite how insurmountable this appears to be. If one were to deny Melek Taus’ right of authority and rule of Earth by degrading her very divinity on a conceptual level as an Angel of God and it’s representative, then one could find the means to fight back.

Biography/Lore

Melek Taus was the first. Wielder of the Knowledge of the Sublime and the head of the Divine Triad left by God. God first created Tawûsê Melek from his own illumination, his Divine light, and the other six archangels were created later. God ordered Tawûsê Melek not to bow to other beings. Then God created the other archangels and ordered them to bring him the dust from the Earth and build the body of Adam, the First Man. Then God gave life to Adam from his own breath and instructed all archangels to bow to Adam. The archangels obeyed, except for Tawûsê Melek. God would ask why would the angel, his First, refuse to bow. In answer to God, Tawûsê Melek replied, “How can I submit to another being! I am from your illumination while Adam is made of dust.” Then God praised him and made him the leader of all angels and his deputy on the Earth. In reality, God did this as a test. God had instructed his angels to bow to no being. So when asked to bow to Adam and thus refusing the order, had followed God’s original mandate. Proving that Melek Taus was worthy. However, this would eventually spurn scorn. In later tellings of this myth in other religions, Meleks’ refusal to bow before Man was seen as sacrilegious. “How dare they refuse to acknowledge God’s command?” Ties to Melek and the devil and evil djinn Iblis would become prevalent and almost indistinguishable from the Peacock Angel. Violence and persecution towards her followers over the centuries as “devil worshippers” and she as a symbol of “evil and wickedness”. A subsequent rejection by humanity itself. Of course, such opinions did little to affect Melek Taus and their duties. It does little to affect their role in guiding worldly affairs. “The opinions of mere Dust has no bearing on me, the Divine First, appointed by God” However, Melek Taus’ closer ties to the Abrahamic faiths and other myths has affected her existence in very minute and significant ways and thus, something she has learned to accept as a result. Ruler’s views on humanity can be summoned up as, “inferior in every way but still worthy of her rule”. After all, while they may lack the supremacy that she and her fellow angels have, they are still creations of the Heavenly Father and are thus deserving of her Divine protection. A relationship of one who is responsible over another, a lesser. A love “out of obligation” but no genuine affection. Having said this, she can appreciate humans who find meaning and gratitude in both her blessings and misfortunes that she bestows. “Ones who are capable of overcoming my misfortunes are worthy of my blessings” as she would say. In the event of the Human Order Revision of Fate/Grand Order, Melek Taus is summoned due to extenuating circumstances as a pseudo-servant with her host being Hishiri Adashino, an officer of the Department of Policies within the Clock Tower, which typically serves to regulate and, if necessary, punish mages in violation of Clock Tower rules. The human host, while not being completely compatible, was suitable enough for Melek Taus’ purposes and it seems Melek is predominantly in control. ------------------------------------------------ Melek Taus is a central figure in Yazidism/Sharafadin religion found predominantly in Northern Iraq and is claimed by the Yazidi peoples to be close to 6,000 years old, if true it would make it among the oldest and first monotheistic religions in the world. A being who’s been associated with many figures and legends over time, ranging from Iblis, Satan, Tammuz and Gabriel of Judeo-Christian origins.

Personality

Majestic and sublime, malicious and baleful. Beautiful and vivacious. These are words that can describe the existence that is Melek Taus. A domineering personality who views both humans and a Master as innately inferior, even those who carry divine blood is nothing more than, “Mere dust with a gimmick”. Though she looks down upon humans, given as she was summoned to help against the Human Order Revision, she is willing to cooperate and come to the aid of others. However, despite this cooperation, an air of danger surrounds her almost alien existence. The cold chill of fear and the rising of the hairs for those in her presence. Is it this merely her divine nature at work or something more nefarious at play? A creature of both life and death, it may or may not be the actual Melek Taus of Yazidi belief, at least not in her entirety; it is most certainly powerful and dangerous regardless.

I am Melek Taus, Ruler of the Sublime, Divine First of the Seven and the one appointed by God. Calling one inferior such as yourself is demeaning to not only me, but shows you lack proper respect. So I will merely refer to you as “Contractor”. Now, come along, little dust, let us deal with these loafers who’ve decided to settle and make a ruckus on my World.”

Bond 2 - “Hmmm, what was that? You ask why I am referred to as the “Peacock Angel”? How inane, isn’t this obvious? It is that the Peacock are symbols of beauty and immortality. A representation of the Sublime itself. Perfection incarnate. It is why I was made in the image of thus, by the Creator as his First.

Bond 3 - “Tell me, Child of Adam, you have endured great misfortune as of now. But also great blessings that came as a result of it. Are you not grateful for that even if you had to suffer? …No, nevermind. Do not speak. I already know your answer.”

Bond 4 - Blessings and misfortunes. A blessing is to receive what one wants. A misfortune is to receive what one does not want. You humans often ask where do blessings and misfortunes come from? Many humans attribute that to me and other false deities however, it will say that is not completely the truth. They either come from other people or from a person’s own wrong doings. In the very end, a person receives blessings and misfortunes due to their own thoughts and actions. I merely actualize those two dynamics as a reality. Quite the interesting dynamic, isn’t it, little dust?

Bond 5 - “Hmm, why didn’t I interfere with the Incineration of Humanity. Why should I have? It seemed that Solomon boy had everything under control in the end. Though if he had died I suppose I might have stepped in. That being said, this Alien cretin who proclaims itself a God is an affront to both myself and Father’s name needs to be taken to task. It is why I answered a call from a lesser being such as you. Furthermore, If I had independently manifested, well, let us keep that to ourselves for now.

My Creator once asked us Angels to bow to you and I denied him as my supremacy is all but apparent and it still is. However, it seems I underestimated you humans at times. You too, are still creations of Father after all and it shows. It seems you are indeed worthy of my blessings. Come now, Son of Adam/Daughter of Eve, continue to show the gifts Father bestowed upon you and I shall continue to watch over you”

Melek Taus: Another angel I've never heard of before, though no less amazing. It's interesting how you tied her obscure origins to more mainstream faiths through her lore, NP, and lines to other angels in this contest. I'm also a fan of that second NP, which reminds me of a certain JoJo stand ability, if that inspired you. Personality-wise, she doesn't seem too different from Gil (albeit somewhat more pious in comparison to Archer Gil's hedonism), though it'd be interesting to explore the nature of her love as a Beast.

Also when I learned of Melek Taus ties to Blessings and Misfortunes. I was like, "Yeah, that's basically just a Love Train"

Anyways, I wasnt aware of Yazidism and when I read it I thought it is some derivation of the Zoroastrian belief system. Interesting to read about that, but like you tried to do in the relationships part, it is hard to add them in FGO context without drawing parallels with the abrahamitic mythology. She really does have a end boss vibe with her with her abilities and character.

Personal Skills

Inherent Wisdom B
A skill that allows one to use other skills that are not ingrained in the body or unique to a Heroic Spirit, at a rank of C~B. It represents the natural-born intellect of the possessor. For Lancer, this skill is possessed because their very composition is that of science; it is in their very nature to be intelligent, despite the form that the Mystic Code takes. However, the wisdom is not their own, but instead granted to them at creation, resulting in the rank decreasing.

Technique Elucidation B
The skill of understanding and repairing anything that could be called a formula. While at its core, Lancer's usage is directed at mathematical formulae, there is no reason they cannot utilize it against Magical Circuits, Crests, and even individual Magecraft Foundations. Normally not compatible with combat application, but when attacking from Second Stage upwards, the effect is applied at Lancer's discretion. Because of Lancer being constructed out of a field of mathematics and esoteric equations being part of their core, they possess this hyper-rare skill.

A special technique derived from Lancer's bodily composition. In any environment, the World surrounding Lancer is the World of the Anno Domini Era. Even in a world with alien logic, alien lifeforms, and foreign concepts, the laws of physics would hold fast for as long as Lancer remained. Human observation has given rise to an observationally objective reality, which is completely incompatible with the very conception of magic, or that which disobeys the laws of physics. Infinite energy, superluminal Authorities, or indeed Authorities in general... within a particular region around Lancer, such abilities are not just incapable of starting, but are incapable of existing.
For example, if a Divine Spirit of Lightning cast a bolt down upon Lancer from outside of their sphere of influence, it would strike, and their body would almost certainly collapse.
But if the bolt was cast from inside their sphere of influence, not only will it fail to deal damage, it will simply never occur in the first place. That is because the laws of physics prohibit functions such as Authorities.
As an aside, this skill only truly shines when in a Second-Stage Restraint Level.

A skill associated with the Holy Lance Rhongomyniad. Because Lancer's body was modeled on the Mystic Code containing Rhongomyniad, and Lancer themself became a similar type of construct after the fundamental fields were compiled into a unified Mystic Code, they obtained this skill at a high rank. The Independent Mystic Code designed and created by a combination of both science and magecraft. The Present and Future Tower. Because the laws of humanity are what govern the surface of the Earth, and are what will guide the universe into the future as the scale of mankind expands, it is natural that the symbol of modern scientific experimentation shares its name with this Mystic Code. It could even be said that the Large Hadron Collider is the Tower's present appearance, before it shines true in the future of mankind.
It binds the world of Mankind onto the surface of Earth, symbolizing the supremacy of mankind as the Primate of Earth, and keeping the Reverse Side held down below. If ever the Lances that pin the Texture on were all to fail, Mystery would return and the Age of Gods would reignite. Perhaps, the functions of the Large Hadron Collider's modern Tower are designed to refute the very idea on their own.
Its functions are divided into its four-stage Restraint system, designed and modeled off data collected from a Mystic Code in a British village. In stage one, its functions are entirely defensive, designed to protect the Mystic Code and its controlling agent at all possible costs. However, from Stage 2 upwards, the Terminal of the Collider Tower acts as a supreme Holy Lance that dispels Mystery and Mystics.

Initiating at Restriction Level 3, the Personality Matrix of Lancer will deactivate for as long as the Restrictions remain so low. At that point, the briefest glimmer of the Future Tower might shine through as an Anti-Fortress attack.

At stage 4, the Future Tower may shine in full, becoming a Noble Phantasm that crushes any and all Mystery. Even a Divine Mystery on the level of a superior Saint Graph can be crushed. Piercing through and carving a path to ensure the propagation of mankind into the future, the Future Tower dispels all opposition and revokes the very conception of the opposing Mystery. Ritsuka Fujimaru could hardly move, forced to listen to the petulant ramblings of an insane Alter Ego, one who was betraying its own master. He couldn't open one eye. Perhaps he had lost it in the Hell Realm Mandala's Noble Phantasm. The wreckage of Kintoki's mech had fallen too, as had everyone who had gathered to help in the fight. It was a shame, really. There was a legitimate possibility that they could have defeated this priest of the Buddha. But they had squandered it so foolishly.
While Medea Lily frantically worked to save as many people as she could, Ritsuka cried. Not from pain, though given the damage his own pathetic body had accrued, such a decision would be reasonable.
He cried for his own hatred.

In the middle of his third rant, Douman screeched in pain, and large chunks of Fantasy Tree material evaporated in the air.
Had he burnt up his own Spirit Origin unknowingly, and the damage was only just now showing..?
Nay, it goes without saying why it fell. The modern world could never abide a Mystery like an alien tree fused with numerous gods and spirits.

Lancer of the Future Tower descended. They had independently Rayshifted into the Proto-Lostbelt, simply for the sake of saving their Master.

Without an Anti-Purge Defence, that Special Authority Domain would surely crush them. Ashiya Douman could already feel the rebound of that supreme spell, ripping apart the curses that composed his Spirit Origin, but it was worth it. In the end, he still won, right? He protected his Master, God, from these filthy Chaldeans. Even if that wasn't what he truthfully wanted, it was still a summary victory.

But his Special Domain was cracked and vaporized. With the full power of the Large Hadron Collider, even a Divine Mystery like Douman's final supreme spell was shattered and fell apart into nothingness as the beam of light rushed towards its target. The Spirit Origin of Ashiya Douman, and of the Fantasy Tree both disappeared.

Lancer collapsed, their body completely flaccid from the strain.

His dog had run out of his leash and right into school territory and now he found the death of a young man. He had seen that kid before. He was the adopted pupil of the local Yakuza family. Maybe they had something to do with it? He will never rest until that young man is avenged. But first he has to call the boys

Borderlining on a constantly active Noble Phantasm, Ruler will be drawn towards any Event. Even if something that happens under multiple closed doors assassinations, as long as it happens on his Beat , Ruler will inevitably stumble upon said Event, usually after the completion of it.

The Yard’s Finest

This Noble Phantasm really is the crystallization of Ruler’s being. Ruler is Inspector Gregory Lestrade, Sherlock Holmes’ most famous associate of the Scotland Yard, the Londonian Police Force. A veteran of the force, Lestrade is known for being a tenacious, but boorish and uncreative, detective. When it comes to the traditional police work there is surely no one better than him, but when it comes to the crimes that Sherlock Holmes solves daily he is but an inefficient child. Still being the most regular of the Yard detectives in the novels, he has gained the respect of the genius detective as “The best of the professionals” if only because he has already enough experience with Holmes to just trust his judgement. Ruler is Inspector Tobias Gregson, another of Sherlock’s Yard associates. “The smartest of the force” according to the novels. Not that it really shows that much in the work. Like other the other Yard detectives, he is courageous and good policemen, but like every other yard detective when it comes to solving the special crimes they pale in comparison to the genius detective.

Ruler is Inspector Athelney Jones, Inspector Baynes, Inspector Martin, other constabularies from Sherlock Holmes novels, good people but incompetent compared to the genius detective. Ruler is Inspect James Kapp, the good man from the Poirot novels who that needs the belgian detective help solve the cases. Ruler is Inspector Cramer from the Nero Wolf novels: the man to solve 99% of the job but unable to compete when it comes to the famous 1%.

Ruler is Scotland Yard, the Pinkerton, The NYPD, The LAPD, The Tang Dynasty Magistrate, The Tokyo Metropolitan Police and every local police force in a police procedural or detective novel. The first to arrive on the scene, the one to leave with the perp arrested, but not the one to solve the titular case.

Ruler is at the heart of it all metaforce, an existence close to a collection of Phantoms. To even call him living is an excess of the word. He is essentially a program given form, summoned by Alaya to [Stop the Criminal]. He can take his own thoughts and decisions, but they’re all acted and based around that single objective. And Ruler does that job well. Once he singles someone out as a criminal, Ruler is able to amass some powerful strenght to take that target down. One you’d say that he has the total dominion over the concept of [Arresting the Culprit] powered by the Counter-Force and the Grail himself.


Ruler is essentially a walking bounded field, with his insides being a [Police Precinct]. Said Police Precint most commonly takes the form of the Yard as it's the most common police form in detective novels, though it can change depending on the situation. From his body then Ruler can operate as any Precinct would do: Other policemen, other versions of Ruler, different in personality but also the same, can pop out of him, alongside guns and vehicles, first as miniature who slowly become normal sized. Ruler manufacture handcuffs to [Arrest] someone. When someone is successfully arrested then they are placed deep inside of the Ruler in one of the many jail cells. This also makes Ruler virtually invincible. If his current body dies, then another policeman will simply appear and take his place. It’s a fundamentally overpowered ability able to create infinite bodies and infinite materials to arrest people. However the same metaforce that empowers him also creates a great weakness.

Ruler is unable to solve the crime by himself. Really there’s other way to say this: Ruler is a bumbling cowardly idiot, a far cry of the actual detective and policemen featured in most of these books. This is of course not the fault of the books by themselves. But whenever the books and its adaptation repeatedly treat the common police force as lacking compared to the genius detectives that they must ask for help, in [Humanity]’s mind the image of the policemen who just lucks into corpses, who actively harms the investigation by going against said detective, who is there just to be shown up again and again by the detective, the image of the [Useless Police] becomes too strong for a conceptual being such as Ruler to ignore. As such his efficiency as a Heroic Spirit is greatly hampered by that. He comes with the conceptual disadvantage of being [Unable to Connect the Clues]. As such when acting alone Ruler is a astoningly weak Servant who regularly goes against his very own objective. However, if Ruler is able to get help from someone who is able to connect the dots, Ruler is able to grow stronger and stronger in strength until he stops being a mere servant and becomes essentially a storm of concepts singling out to the containment of a specific threat

He must admit. He and the boys would never got that Priest arrested with it wasn't the help of those two young sisters. It was problematic at first having two deal with the two siblings bickering, but they really came together and how they solved the the Head of the PTA Family and the Priest collaborating in multiple children kidnapping. The operation was heavy and violent but alas justice always prevails. He must thank those two later.

Though he is essentially the mascot of the precinct, he seems to actually act like the boss of the whole organization, which makes it very popular with the kids who find the small and intelligent dog hilarious. The True Nature of Ruler isn't the [Police Precinct], rather the policemen are the Noble Phantasm for the real Ruler: the Black Dog. A true monster who rules the boundaries of humanity. A being seen and feared on all corners of the world from south american to the middle east, but one that makes it presence felt specially on the British Islands. The Barghest whose presence warns the impending doom; The Shuck who brings disaster to loved ones; The Freybug who roamed the roads ; The Gytrash who scared away lone travelers. A true Breed of Calamity, he works as The Monster of Alaya, a being born of society's fear of the unknown, it patrols the very edges of Humanity. Right where the town ended and the road begun, right on the dark night of the forests, right on the threshold of the deserts. As a being born out of fear, it took pleasure hunting humans who dared to travel through his domain, but also as a being born out of the fear of unknown it also took pleasure in hunting things from The Outside: His job as The Monster of Alaya was then hunting things that came outside The Common Sense of Men. It's capacity for Murder of the Unknown is unparalleled in the world. From where he hunt, humanity also drove forwards, afraid of the Black Dog, but not of the other things that dwelled in the dark.

And so the Black Dog acted for millenia after millenia patrolling his kingdom, until suddenly no kingdom was left to patrol. Humanity had truly complete the total unification of the Humanity Order. As a being made to enforce Order and to kill those who aren't human, there was no path left to take. The Black Dog begun to roam the very order that he helped build. A being of violence can't live among those humans so it was inevitable that it would eventually tracked down by a hero. And so it happened. This is a famous story, a story told in many books, many comics, many movies, many shows. An incredible but also banal story where a genius detective from baker street discovered that the mystical Hound of Baskerville, responsible for the death of many people was no scary mythical being, but a mere black dog who hated by many was also manipulated by a men into doing it's violent business. And so with a whimper the Monster of Alaya faded into the nothingness of humanity's total awareness.

Bobby the K9The Monster didn't die however. Seen through by his very being by the genius detective, the dog now defanged on a metaphorical level was adopted by the local police precinct. There it was treated like any other dog and was showered with love and affection by the hardheaded but clumsy constabulary. The dog got to see these men even though not as smart as that detective, try their very best to protect humanity. Much like his white counterpart, the dog fell in love with something beautiful. The dog got himself a name. Bobby, Edingburgh's Finest. Once the last remaining policemen who had adopted him passed away, Bobby guarded his grave until he too, the former mythical being, passed away. With no hatred on his heart anymore, Bobby, with a heart full of memories allowed himself to be taken away back into Alaya, not as a monster of fear, but as a monster of peace working alongside the Best of the Professionals.

Creator Notes

Hey guys, it's been a while to who still remembers me, though I think the vast majority of people here are people who started posting when I stopped posting.
I've been gone because honestly I've been out of Fate for a while now and while I still thought about making servants I just didn't find the courage to finish my ideas. I also see that a sheets have become more and more complex so I don't think i'll ever be able to replicate my Ibn Battuta win, haha. As far as this servant goes, this is something I finished in a day, thought I marinated on it for a while. Rather the Lestrade sheet itself is something I've thought for a while because I really like the Policemen in Pirates of Pinzance and thought it would be kinda funny to have them as a servant. I also like the idea of someone who once gets it right can't lose, but he actually conceptually CANT get it right by himself so a lot of his war is just people trying to point him on the "right" direction. Also when it comes to Rulers, on a mechanical level, I enjoy those who are there send by the grail, or gaia, or the counter-force to serve a specific purpose on a grail. I like Rulers as answers to cheats, problems or any other affair involving any of the conceptual forces reigning the war.
The Black Dog came from a very silly idea because I know I wanted the Hound of Baskerville as the name of the Noble Phantasm but I was thinking WHY that should be the name of the Noble Phantasm and how exactly Lestrade worked as he worked I was going through the usual sources and saw some mention of a Monster of Alaya that as far as I know isn't really defined well somewhere (I've been out of the loop so I could be wrong here), so I decided to try go that route. Bobby the name is a reference to how british police were called Bobbies and how the dog is actually that one dog called Bobby who got himself a statue for staying near the grave of its owner. I think I kinda lost the plot when it comes to the dog, but I also think I got to where I wanted to get.
I also tried to go the whole Bond 1, Bond 2 thing, but this is a format I'm not used too and honestly I can't actually write stories, so I'm pretty sure its lacking. Really it was just a ha-ha joke about a policemen solving some variation of the Fuyuki Holy Grail and arresting Kiritsugu and Zouken.
And I think that's it. It was good to do a servant sheet once again. I kept thinking "maybe I should do a sheet for this X contest" but then I get lazy and never put the thought to paper.
I wish I had in me to write releationships, but I don't have the voice for either the Policemen or the Dog in my Head. I feel like the policemen should do the whole pip-pip cheerio ol' m8 british thing, but I legit can't write that.

I see, that's an interesting take on the class, potentially allowing more non-Saint Rulers. It also fits his character, so props to that.

"Bobby": So his real identity is the Greyfriars Bobby, huh? I have to admit reading this sheet was quite a ride. Up to his NP I was thinking it was a cool concept but a bit of a stretch to qualify for the current contest (which I figured was just on the logic that as an agglomeration of Phantoms he wasn't technically a "human"). Then I clicked the 5th Bond Entry and it all made sense. Definitely an ingenious way of tying different legends together, the black hound that stalks the edges of the unknown becoming the policemen who patrols his beat to uncover criminals who hide their deeds in darkness away from the public's prying eyes. The way you made each part of his character unfold through the Bond Entries was well done, and the little skit of him solving the Fuyuki Grail War as a murder-mystery amused me more than it probably should've.

Background

Lucifer was born like the other angels millennia before the advent of civilization as the strongest of angels. He was the symbol of the perfect angel, strong, merciful and striving to better the World in the name of their Father and Creator. He was entrusted to defeat the demons that led the humans astray from the guidance of God, as well as to gave them gifts and aid in distress.

He was valued highly by his brothers and sisters as well as enjoyed the full trust of their Father so he was his second in command and right hand. He was a role model for all angels although he was obviously quite self-confident and prideful. He was satisfied with this situation when, one day something within himself started to occur that he couldn't explain, but after he saw the punishment of the humans from God he was to his own surprise shocked. Not because of the harsh degree as he saw his Father in the past inflicting also some punishments but there he was conscious of their necessity. But now it was as if a seal in himself had broken. He saw memories and received knowledge of another World, as well an alien feeling started to bloom within him.

Amongst the things he obtained knowledge of was that even thousand years before his birth he lived once and that he liberated the humans from the oppression by some of the Iranian Gods and helped the few that were truly benevolent to mankind to empower the humans and lectured them in to trust in their own will and to take grasp and that they are decide for themselves. As well he heard that there were many multiple "Worlds". He couldn't believe this knowledge and that his name was once Zarathustra, the first prophet of the World. As well he "remembered" that he once created the angel species with the Creator God Ahura Mazda that are to be the counterparts of demons, born out of the light and virtues of mankind with their role to be the guardians of the humans and to spread the virtues of the first saint to humans all over the World. He noticed now that many "demons" he slew were other gods as well he obtained the knowledge of the evil of World "Ahriman" he now thought that perhaps their Father may be this being after witnessing how fearfully the humans the viewed him.

As they lived according to his rules more out of fear of punishment instead of their own free will. He couldn't believe it as the two sides in him fought disharmoniously. After thinking about it he made the decision to liberate the humans.

He then brought his view forth towards his sisters and brothers, who were shocked from hearing about his worldview he was for almost all angels an idol, a role model. Some couldn't believe it and were against this speculation, while others trusted him and joined his cause. So he wanted to confront God. But as he still held affection and respect for his Father he wanted to speak the issue out without the usage of force or weapons. But as he then asked his Father out and confronted him with these positions he was shocked how testy and brittle he reacted and told him that he should trust his Father's judgement more than his own as he were faultless. Before he held some doubt about it but now he saw what a tyrant his Father was. In this moment the humanity of Zarathustra and his overhumanly pride mixed, spurring him to make a fateful decision.

He stormed out of the throne hall and declared with a hateful glare towards his Father:

"You aren't better than any of the other gods dear Father. I will free the humans from your tyranny and will be a Yazata until then. Farewell Father."

Then he collected all the other angels that shared his opinion and made a plan to defeat the side that were loyal to God. Then was unleashed a truly divine war where both sides suffered huge losses. So was Lucifer forced to fight against his nearest siblings like Metatron or Sandalphon which pained him very as he didn't want to harm them. But he was still driven to free the World and mankind as the humans should choose out of their true own and free will as well as that also the angel kin should make their own decisions. However he succeeded in to enter the throne hall where he confronted his Father and a hard battle ensued where at first God was holding the upperhand… until the Will of Zarathustra that was reborn in Lucifer started to manifest within himself more power. As Lucifer's powers were alongside the Will of Zarathustra as his other Origin now manifesting the power and Authority of the Creator God Ahura Mazda thus allowing him to stand now equal to God. He was able to corner his father so that he was forced to reveal his true power and Lucifer was now able to catch a glimpse at the God of Israel's true visage.

The fight of these two let the sky and earth alike shake and vibrate, a fight whose level was since a timescale unimaginable by humans not reached. It wasn't the fight of father and son anymore, it was a fight of Gods!!

This fight was for both straining and heavy but in the end had God the upperhand and he wanted to annihilate him but Lucifer countered it as he now could notice God's true name thus had he broken free from the control of him. So he instead banished him by to strike down through the Heaven to the Underworld which should be the place of punishment for the sinners.

However during his Fall was Lucifer able to bestow one blessing to mankind: doubt, the first step to make one's decisions by oneself in some sense; the seed of Free Will..

Personality

Lucifer is a quite unique case as it is quite common that when humans obtain powers beyond humanity by sacrificing a part of their humanity they completely overwhelmed by their new instincts and feelings that drown out the human part of their minds. He was the opposite case where a non-human overnatural being obtained humanly feelings and emotions. In his instance the personality, feelings and knowledge of Zarathustra manifested themselves within Lucifer which created mental problems as similarly to how the human mind isn't supposed to process overnatural experiences the mentality of an angel despite similarities is fundamentally different. As such these were alien emotions and he was unable at first to process them so that he had an internal fight of conflicting feelings.

Zarathustra's humanity fought with the indigenous angelic mind of Lucifer but in a key moment the two sides were united through the same goal. Upon this moment they merged together and formed the Lucifer today.

He felt the need to free the World from an overlord-like Div tyrant so that he was ready to wage a full war against his Father. This goal became a fixed point so that he over time became ruthless and partially took on himself some tyrannical aspects as his anger began to collect and boil within him.

One of the parts that merged is Zarathustra's zeal to free the people from their oppressors the Daevas and Lucifer's overhumanly pride in that he developed an immense dedication and fixation on to become a Yazata himself and usurp the tyrant.

Over time after the Fall he started to from the Earth the underworld try to warn and help humans against the oppressions of God. So that over time his anger boiled and he started to draw on radical and extreme methods to save them.

However from time to time he also tried to repair the influence of the other older gods and used the syncretic powers that the humans gave him to strengthen the ties of the people with their old gods by the initiation of old rites and ceremonies.

At the same time he tried to save the so called "Saints", the heroes of his Father in that they became the sacrifices for him.

Beside that he was through the accusations of the humans and their hatred quite hurt as he only wanted to guide them to the light of wisdom.

He however has still shards of his former kindness as well as inheriting parts of Zarathustra's kind heart. Although the moments where it shines through the darkness and unholy light of his are rather rare.

"You are being used by your brutal lord. He has never showed thanks to you or your family my maiden, or that he took the hard earned fortune of your townsmen so why do you not free them and yourself?" --Example of his whispers to a person in distress.

Also should it be mentioned that he still has moments where one part of him has the active role like he reacts on the name Zarathustra as well he displays a somewhat easygoing side where if should one see him who knew Zarathustra directly they would attest a certain similarity.

He has also a fondness for humanity as through Zarathustra he saw their potential and held deep affection for it. So he want to save and protect such individuals that have the potential against the grasp of the poisonous dogmatists. On the contrary he holds nothing but scorn for the ignorant and dogmatists as he sees them as obstacles in the development of humanity. However he admits that their crime they cause in his Father's name also benefits himself and gives him more power.


As Servant:

At first should it be mentioned that his personality may depend on which Class thus which aspects are emphasized.

In this Class he possesses quite much of his personality without the taint of Innocent Monster. He is quite pleased to be summoned in a "complete form" as supposed to what many of his "Satanists" had tried to call. And one with rather much freedom for himself. As he has watched the progress of humanity he is perhaps the most modernity accustomed Servant. So it is no wonder that he enjoys the hedonistic pleasures where he likes to eat and drink the most exclusive food and beverages.

His views on other Servants are highly varying and perhaps even slightly paradoxical. As expected he sees in the "Saints" just a bunch of marionettes that danced in his father's schemes and plays rather than truly praiseworthy humans. Instead should he encounter one he is fond in to destroy their belief in their so called "holy missions". He likes to elucidate the true nature of their God and take pure sadistic joy in their mental breakdowns before trying to recruit them. Should they still blindly follow God he will take the greatest pleasure in to destroy a sheep, no, a cattle to say it in his words and take them towards Tartaros. In this moments he displays sheer delight. Towards Pagan Servants he on the other side holds a much more respectful and honorable side as he thinks that they are in contrast to the worshippers of his Father living with the truth of the world in their hearts as well as in touch with the world and non-human lifeforms.

In these cases he appears like a different person as he likes to hear about their beliefs and faiths and will also respectfully listen to their opinions. As well he will engage in a fair fight without the usage of underhanded methods (and believe me he has many at his disposal). Also he is even curious to hear about their wishes they want to realize and perhaps even willing to assist them.

His opinion on Divine Spirit Servants is mostly at least respectful while judging them in their "World-management" and treatment of humans. Then he adjust his approach on them as he categorizes them in either Div/Daeva or Yazata. In short- Daeva: object of extermination which he treats with the same hatred and grudge as his Father so that he will ensure that they won't fulfill their desires. Towards Yazatas he is on the contrary respectful and polite but still does not hold back in a fight against them. However he will enjoy it to go all out and if he is demanded.

Towards modern Servant like engineers or inventors he is rather curious but he thinks that the weapon technology has gotten too dangerous so he has no hesitations to break into a gun shop or weapon industry area and destroy it completely.

Towards Greek or (non-Abrahamic) Roman scholars or philosophers he as great respect, applauding their achievements as they more than any engineer or inventor have allowed their mankind to develop. So he loathes the Christian and Islamic havocs for their needless destructions as this crime is inexcusable so should he encounter such a individual he will torment them to death without any mercy.

As in the modern world many humans are fighting for the nature and care for animals he greatly appreciates those men or women and should he see their activities he would subtly help them as well as crush their enemies.


Demeanor towards Master:

His demeanor greatly depends on the nature and affiliation towards his Master. So it is virtually assured that should they be a Christian, Jew or Muslim he will at first be unwilling to follow their commands. Really he is a quite difficult to handle Servant as he will take orders as simple advise more often than not.

In the first mentioned case he will try his best to tell them the truth and bring them back to the rightful path. Then should they follow his teachings and elucidation he will act towards them much more benevolently and establish perhaps a friendship or more.

Should they not he will keep them around just for their Mana but his betrayal is then just a matter of when as how. Should his Master be one of Pagan faith he will demonstrate a genuine friendly manner and will treat them with certain politeness. At any case he sees his Master as inferior and more as simple "Summoner" which he rewards then a true partner or contractor. So he will be quite prideful and unwilling to play the pawn in their relation.

Should he though find a personal liking he will see them more as good acquaintance or if their bond is greater and deeper as equal friend which he treats loyally and with care and fondness. However it is not easy to reach this state.


Relationships and other Dialogues:

Emperor Julian: "To think they called you an Apostate. No, you were the only heretical ruler that went back to the right path. I wished you had success but I am curious if we see a Lostbelt where your ambitions did succeed?"

But I hope that we can at least a little bit have a relationship as in our youth."

In contrast to how the gods of Iran were sharply separable in that most were selfish tyrants and only relatively few were truly benevolent, you are much different. Although unmistakably Gods you are much more humane than them as you have like the humans a good and evil side that you possess. You are more Yazata would I judge. Lucifer was the first Avenger of mankind from before the time where humans started to raise themselves against the injustice they felt. As he was according to the doctrines of the Abrahamic Religions he receives all the hatred, anger and fear of the humans, however these opinions aren't absolute like it should as he is able to invoke also the feeling of "are these feelings justified or not?"

Self Replenishment (Mana): EX
He receives virtually unlimited Mana. As long as mankind is fearing him, and accuses him on the issues and wrongness of the World they will give him the strength to rise again from the abysmal depths.

Oblivion Correction: EX
His resolve to free the World from the tyranny of the God of Israelites, as well as his grudge, contempt and hatred shall only fade when he has dethroned this Diev. Until then he will do everything to empower the mankind and give them strength.

Dark Godly Divine Core: EX
Due to how countless Pagan gods were out of the ignorance of the Christians compared to Lucifer he has obtained through the works of men their Authorities as well as parts of their divinities. Further he despite never being openly named as such was turned into the dark god of the Abrahamic lore. The counterpart of the Abrahamic God as everything in existence has two balancing forces.


Personal Skills:

Grand Prince of Hell: EX
The sublimation of the origin and nature of the angel species which was originally the crystallization of human virtues and their values. However in Lucifer's case it's vastly different as it is now rather the embodiment of the fear, terror and accusations of humans. It is a Skill whose nature is similar to Innocent Monster but also vastly different as it lets him obtain every ability that they have attributed to him. As the Grand Prince of Hell this Skill's foundation has been modified within the nature as Avenger into a Skill of effects similar to the Imperial Privilege of the mortal rulers. Is the crystallization of the Awakened Origin of Lucifer which is the first Prophet Zarathustra who was the creator of the Angel Kind. Beside this was the other part the Creator God Ahura Mazda that through Lucifer's foundation of existence started to manifest, granting him a portion of the Creator God's Authority.

In a sense he can be seen as reincarnation of Zarathustra. The awakening of Zarathustra's humanity caused the distortion of Lucifer's mind as these sorts of emotions and feelings were alien for him and he was unable to process them at first.

This Skill gives him access to the Light of Ahura Mazda in form similar to Mana Burst (Light). This light-attributed True Ether has the attributes of creation/destruction. He is able to use them either as destructive weapons or a medium of healing and blessing. Further he is able to draw on certain Skills of Zarathustra like True Name Discernment.

However he can't use this Skill and Grand Prince of Hell at the same time. For as long as this Skill is active he can't activate the aforementioned other Skill.

Twisted Valor of The Fallen One: A+
Is the crystallization of the unique mentality of Avenger as it symbolizes the twistedness of his psyche. On one side it represents his standing personalities which were at odds with each other before in the the end merging into a single one.

As such this Skill carries the effects of Mental Pollution and Contradictory Mind.

Is the crystallized sublimation of Lucifer's unique state as one that stands above the seven Virtues as well as Sins. As he was at the same time the first of angels as well as the first Fallen One he has been summoned in the Class that symbolizes his act and events of his Fall. "Fallen Heaven Bow": Once the bow of a Great Deity of the Western sphere that was lost during the war that the God of Israel waged against the other. Originally it shot astral bodies, but now it fires the flares of Purgatory.

"Spear Of The Forbidden Wisdom": The Tree of Knowledge sublimated into a spear as one of the alleged forms of the devil that he used to bestow divine knowledge onto the first pair of humans.

"The Dragon Azhi Dahaka": The great dragon of Hell which was once the Ruler Zahak before he was turned into the first Angra Mainyu, the incarnation of Ahriman. As Lucifer personally usurped the Hell and became the third Angra Mainyu he has subjugated him. He possesses in every physical stat (plus Mana) rank A parameters, as well as Darkness, Corruption and Hell Flare plus ice elemental abilities.

"Chariot Of The Rising Light": Lucifer's chariot he possessed during his time as angel. It is a bright whitish chariot with golden ornaments. It possesses at the sides blade-like attachments that resembles angel wings. It is drawn by white Pegasi. However due to that he is in Avenger Class the chariot is now corrupted into a darker version adorned with more spear-like thorns. As well the two Pegasi now pitchblack with golden crimson manes and the front of their heads are adorned with bull-like horns.

"Hordes Of The Doomed Sinners": Is the sublimated overlordship over the hordes of demons, sinners and heretics. It allows him to summon them as his personal army though the individual strength varies greatly.

"Incarnation Of The Horned God": Is the crystallization of the Church working into connect horn bearing deities with Lucifer. It allows him to transform into the different gods' shape and use their abilities. Through the true name release it lets him transform into a humanoid chimeric being.

"Intoxication Of One's Desires": The Noble Phantasm he would have as Assassin. It is the sublimation of the seduction through the devil as well as his charisma. It lets him put a mental interference onto others and use their desires to let their evil and darker aspects of themselves come to the surface. On Servants it may be even able to corrupt them into Alter Servants. Further the affected beings are much more influenceable through Lucifer as well as obtaining the Mental Pollution Skill at a varying rank.

Is the sublimation of the perhaps most known activity of the Devil as Lucifer, namely the deal to exchange ones soul against the fulfillment of a wish. This Noble Phantasm is that particular transaction.

Namely the thing is that upon the consent of the target their soul is turned into a "Lesser Grail" through which one's energy is actualized to their desires. So he is able to fulfill worldly "and selfish" wishes like granting a non-Mage Magic Circuits and talent similar to a traditional Mage with long prestigious family history. Like one certain Polish Mage once did.

However he is only able to grant wishes according to the strength or "value" of the soul. So the stronger it is the more powerful wishes he can actualize. So in the case of Saints or Heroic Spirits he would even be able to grant them wishes equal to those bestowed by the Great Grail itself.

He is also able to use his own to actualize a wish in a suicide move like he did as he fell towards the depths of Hell. In this case he is even able to actualize wishes that are equal to the work of True Magic like resurrection from death, or the restoration of a World.

In all other cases after the succeeded deal the souls are in possession of Avenger and he can impose his will over them.

Lucifer's final Noble Phantasm which is only usable after a certain chant:

"Before the endless night that falls upon the World will be an endless day, the light of truth shall finally shine in the hearts of mankind and all lies of the sheep may be blinded. Then will the men and women return to their destined path when the rulers of the World shall rise again."

After that Avenger shines in dark light that will like a shockwave shoot around himself. The whole texture of the World will shake as then the Saint Graph of Lucifer's Servant body becomes a portal towards his right main body and he transforms into a colossal Archdaemonic form akin to the one he would take one should he be summoned as Beast.

Further then opens the literal gates of Hell or other said to be the Reverse Side of the World, its chthonian part. The Logos based rules of mankind start to degrade like once mystery had so that the physical rulings are weakened and even chunks of rock break off to float in the air. Instead the mythos-based rules of the Age of Gods starts to take grasp in reality so that all kinds of mystery are reawakened. Like that once as ages past the Phantasmals shall wake from their hibernation, the nature shall rise against the attacks of the devouring cities as well the old rulers of the World return. Further all "prisoners " of the abysmal depths are free and all "grandchildren of Abraham" shall obtain the crushing truth of their Lord's crime revealed upon them. As well the heretics and pagans that once fought for their Yazatas and culture-souls' cause shall be freed and now enabled to reconquer their Worlds.

At the same time may the Gates of (the Abrahamic) Heaven open and for the second time shall Lucifer engage in the duel with his Father.

It goes without saying that this Noble Phantasm is defacto breaking the world into chaos thus it will provoke the intervention of the Counter Force. As well once the gates are opened the only way of countering it is to defeat Lucifer or through the Command Seal of his Master.

Lucifer himself is in this state no more a Servant. Instead he is the embodiment of the evil the humans feared. However he still possesses his will to become a Yazata. His parameters are all beyond A+. He has the state of a complete god and he possesses access to all of his abilities along with a massive boost in raw power.

However he is adamant in to never use this Noble Phantasm until he deems the restart of the world necessary. Although he hopes within himself that this option shall never be necessary.

About him as the reincarnation of Zarathustra did it started ,back in the profile of Zarathustra where the Amesha Spenta where the first Angels that came into existence were Born outo f the virtues of the ffirst Prophets so that the Angels of the first Generation were the Spenta Mainyu .

And that one day perhaps the origin may be awaken in one of the later Angels as in Thaumaturgic Terms is Lucifers Origin "Zarathustra" .
