Jingu, Gajah Mada and. Both were relegated to Honorable mentions mainly due to my personal feelings on a Servant’s number of NPs, in that having three already means one is an extraordinary legend (in a global sort of sense - a main character of their own mythos, essentially), a height these two don’t quite reach. They’re still executed very well, but I feel that the ones I gave points to had more to make them stand out.

I understand where you're coming from but,
I can give many examples of why that the amount of NPs are not determined by, "global fame" at all, especially for Rider Class. Astolfo has 3 NPs, and he's a literal who in my cultural sphere.

Also, it's very arguable that Gajah Mada is not quite, as you said, an extraordinary global legend, he definitely is. It's just a matter of our own cultural point of view.

Never said that I particularly like Astolfo. Riders also seem to get a free pass on the number of NPs, given that it appears to be their shtick.
Also, not dissing on Gajah Mada either. Cultural points of view are their own thing, and just because I've never heard of something certainly doesn't mean that they aren't famous or significant.

I guess the number of NPs just makes the sheet seem like a sort of jumble to me.

It's not an assumption, it's an opinion. Still I must admit that I forgot all about the fact that having multiple or powerful NPs is one of the Rider class' shticks. Sorry about that.

An Indian Servant that I don't find suck is rare because everyone has these 'Indian is OP' mindset. Which sometimes translate into 'better than Karna and Arjuna.' This one does not fall into that rabid hole.

That would've been a bit of a stretch, since although his mother was a water nymph I can't recall any of his Skills or NPs relating to water.

The prompt is Servants related to Water. Famous sailors, those somehow related to deities of the water or the sea, river spirits and water nymphs, those heroes that faced the challenge of a Great Flood, even those who died by drowning. As long as water plays a role in the hero's life or backstory, it's fine.
Examples from canon would be Francis Drake and Achilles (son of a water nymph).
