They’re still executed very well, but I feel that the ones I gave points to had more to make them stand out.
I understand where you're coming from but,
I can give many examples of why that the amount of NPs are not determined by, "global fame" at all, especially for Rider Class. Astolfo has 3 NPs, and he's a literal who in my cultural sphere.

Also, it's very arguable that Gajah Mada is not quite, as you said, an extraordinary global legend, he definitely is. It's just a matter of our own cultural point of view.

Never said that I particularly like Astolfo. Riders also seem to get a free pass on the number of NPs, given that it appears to be their shtick.
Also, not dissing on Gajah Mada either. Cultural points of view are their own thing, and just because I've never heard of something certainly doesn't mean that they aren't famous or significant.

I guess the number of NPs just makes the sheet seem like a sort of jumble to me.

3 pts: Urshanabi by SleepMode (Another quality sheet that feels like it actually comes from Type-Moon)
2 pts: Chiyou (Swimsuit) by Daneel Rush (Nice to see you back and with the same amount of quality and extensive lore as you usually do)
1 pt: Andromeda by King of Padoru (Interesting take on her and creative usage of her chains in her legend)
Honorable Mention: Ajax the Lesser by RoydGolden (Just the fact that this guy has been made and is so true to his legend)

Sorry, but I just feel the need to justify myself against this assumption.

It's not an assumption, it's an opinion. Still I must admit that I forgot all about the fact that having multiple or powerful NPs is one of the Rider class' shticks. Sorry about that.

I love holy-shit and cool factor, a serpent NP is one. Your formatting is always good, so just combine solid writing and my own subjectivity, voila.
    2 pts: Bhima by IRUN
An Indian Servant that I don't find suck is rare because everyone has these 'Indian is OP' mindset. Which sometimes translate into 'better than Karna and Arjuna.' This one does not fall into that rabid hole.
    1 pt: Jingu by Clyton
Formatting is mats/10, very solid. The only thing that can be more better is the NP effect be much more less vanilla, if that's make sense. Now please translate Chacha and Summer Nobu's entry.

Lots of sheets with a lot of effort put into them. It's a shame I can only pick three.

    Well, I'm going with:

    3 points to Bhima
    2 points to Louhi
    1 point to Antoku

The Act of dozing off in the afternoon is a luxury indeed.
    Coffee would be nice, though.

That would've been a bit of a stretch, since although his mother was a water nymph I can't recall any of his Skills or NPs relating to water.

Well, being the son of an Oceanid is the reason why he receives a parameter boost in everything except Mana and Luck, and one version of his legend says that his mother immersed him in the Styx river to give him Andreias Amarantos

I guess, though the connection still feels kind of weak to me.

As long as water plays a role in the hero's life or backstory, it's fine.
Examples from canon would be Francis Drake and Achilles (son of a water nymph).
