Little disappointed that you didn't mention his connection with HRE generalissimo Albrecht von Wallenstein, since personally that was always something I found interesting about Kepler (admittedly I'm biased since I've been wanting to do a Wallenstein sheet myself, not sure if it'll be a Contest submission though).

Really like that you referenced Somnium though, at least I think what's what the thing with the Moon Cell is alluding too

Lore: Yosano Akiko (1879-1942) was a Japanese poet, author, and notable feminist who is one of the most noted Japanese poets from that era. In her early life, she was locked in her house. When she began writing, she wrote extremely quickly, writing many poems in a single day. She is most noted for "Thou Shall Not Die", Midaregami, and The Day The Mountains Move.

Personality: An elegant and serene person normally. She loves seeing figures from history to join her, though she dislikes those who were actively extremely warlike. She abhors those who want others to fight or die for them, which puts her at odds with most masters with the exception of those who fight in the front lines themselves or who joined the war by mistake.

MoonCancer can create both a workshop and an “Observatory”, which is superior to a basic workshop. It allows MoonCancer to also have more accurate astromancy Magecraft as well.

A Skill common to many Classes. Although MoonCancer was alive after the Age of the Gods, his rank in this Skill was augmented by the Moon Cell after he observed it in his lifetime. Cancels spells with a chant below two verses.

A Skill representing the capability of using Magecraft, in this case, Astromancy. MoonCancer mainly uses the heliocentric model, believing that the geocentric model is “utter nonsense.” He specialises in orbit-based spells, the application of music to Astromancy and the connection between souls and planets. MoonCancer’s effectiveness also increases while using a tuning fork to synchronise harmonies with specific planets and their orbits. His most common use is connecting his soul with one of the seven planets, and then creating a pseudo-celestial body in his hand as a projectile. Connecting to Mercury specifically increases the projectile’s speed, and MoonCancer’s agility drastically. MoonCancer likes to call this skill, and his personal brand of Astromancy “Harmonice Mundi” after one of his literary works.

Mystic Eyes of Celestial Calculation EX

The pinnacle of MoonCancer’s Magecraft, merged with his tutor’s Magecraft. This combination awakened MoonCancer’s personal magecraft with a designation of Mystic Eyes of Celestial Calculation. It allows MoonCancer to visualise astrophysical equations, and manipulate them on objects, specifically projectiles. This Magecraft is what allowed MoonCancer to develop his three laws of planetary motion. Furthermore, MoonCancer uses his Mystic Eyes often in combination with his Magecraft to decrease the “orbit period" and therefore, increase the “acceleration” of the projectiles he uses as weapons. This skill has also been significantly enhanced after MoonCancer accidentally observed the Moon Cell. MoonCancer’s most powerful technique, Musica Universalisis a result of combining this Skill and the concepts of all seven planets, therefore attaining the “music of the spheres.”

Mysterium Cosmographicum B+

The “Cosmographic Mystery.” MoonCancer’s first major astronomical work, which details God’s supposed geometric plan of the universe, and the conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn. As a Skill, this includes the Mystery-Slayer Skill and the Protection of Faith Skill at one rank lower, plus a conceptual advantage against Divine Spirits associated with the stars and space as a whole. Furthermore, while this Skill is active, MoonCancer’s magic resistance increases if he is facing an Astromancy-using enemy or an enemy who originates from the Moon Cell.

Lore

MoonCancer’s True Name is Johannes Kepler, a German 17th century astronomer, mathematician, astrologer, natural philosopher and writer on music. One of the main figures of the Scientific, and creator of Kepler’s three laws of planetary motion. Yet, there is more to Kepler than just that. So much more. Kepler was not only all of those, but a magus as well, to be specific, a disciple of the magus Tycho Brahe. Tycho Brahe himself, being the last astronomer to observe the sky with the naked eye, had an Origin of 「Observing」, and thus he utilised magecraft focusing on the concept of “turning one’s eyes into observation mechanisms”, or as known in the modern day, “Telescopes.” He also had a similar type of magecraft to Kepler, but it focused on his personal magecraft foundation, the Tychonic system, instead. Therefore, when Tycho Brahe died, Kepler removed part of his Magic Crest, and transplanted it into himself, eventually awakening his Mystic Eyes. The whole entire reason why Kepler’s Mystic Eyes were awakened was the sheer compatibility between his Magecraft and Brahe’s. The only reason why Kepler could not perfectly use Brahe’s Magecraft is because of their disagreement on whether the Tychonic system or the heliocentric system was correct. But, the greatest event of his life is not even detailed in history books: his accidental observation of the Moon Cell. This event happened during the supernova of 1604. During this time, Kepler used a prototype of Musica Universalis combined with his Mystic Eyes and used it on the supernova. There, he saw something that could only be considered as “alien” and a “technological masterpiece”, not unlike looking upon the face of God: The Moon Cell. But Kepler went further than just seeing the Moon Cell, he observed it. And by observing the Moon Cell, for a singular moment, the light emitted from the photonic crystals hit his eyes. The light caused a fraction of data to synchronise with Kepler’s Mystic Eyes, which then got absorbed into him. There was only one truth Kepler learnt, though it was incredibly important: His laws of planetary motion were accurate. Although Kepler died in the year 1630, his soul was acknowledged by the Throne of Heroes, and he became a MoonCancer, specifically “one who threatens the Mystics of the planets and the stars.”

Johannes Kepler’s most well known achievement: his discovery of his three laws of planetary motion, and their associated equations. A Noble Phantasm which has been further evolved with the addition of Kepler’s magecraft and his knowledge gained from the Moon Cell. As a Noble Phantasm, it allows him, for a short period of time, to cause a conjunction of all seven planets, and use his laws to their fullest. On release of this Noble Phantasm’s True Name, the sky turns starry, and seven glowing orbs appear rotating around MoonCancer, before lining up into a straight line and merging into MoonCancer. As long as Epitome Astronomiae Keplerianae is active, MoonCancer has conceptually been designated as the “Sun”. Therefore, since Kepler’s second law states that “{t}he orbit of a planet is an ellipse with the Sun at one of the two foci”, everything around Kepler can rotate in an elliptical orbit, including a seven metre spherical range from where MoonCancer is standing. Inside the range, MoonCancer can either quicken or slow down the area’s “orbital period”, either making the area rotate extremely fast to the point where time passes by 0.5x faster, or doing the opposite and making everything in the area move 0.5x slower. Furthermore, since MoonCancer has become the “Sun”, he may summon one metal sphere at a time, each representing one of the other six planets with their own abilities. Though, like all Noble Phantasms, this one has its downsides, in this case, being four of them: 1. Only those in Kepler’s 7 metre range are affected. 2. The Noble Phantasm only lasts for five minutes, maximum. And, 3. If MoonCancer is damaged in the Heart, where the “Sun” is located, his Noble Phantasm automatically is cancelled and is no longer usable. Finally, if MoonCancer uses this skill too often, the Counter Force recognizes that his skills defy the laws of physics in place, instantly destroying both MoonCancer’s Spirit Origin and Spiritual Core.

~Abilities of the Six Planets~Mercury, when summoned, does little to no damage as a projectile but rather attacks rapidly with barely any cooldown. Venus is a debuff projectile which has a percentage of charming Male enemies, Earth allows for minor geokinesis and for healing capabilities, and Mars, while a slower projectile, does heavier damage. Jupiter is a one-time use which causes lightning bolts, and other weather phenomena to be used, and Saturn is a defensive ability which causes rings of dust to rotate around MoonCancer as a shield. Uranus and Neptune are used for short-term flight and healing magecraft, by summoning healing water, respectively. Finally, Pluto, while small, slow and not very strong, always aims for the vital organs since its connection to the Greco-Roman God of the Dead of the same name.

Territory Creation(Monster) A-:
A skill given to people, with the power to cause the creation of a Bounded Field that puts them in a more advantageous position.
In this case, Sekien can freely place any of her monsters at any point of the Bounded Field with Sekien at the centre. It can be said that the monsters are stronger when they are closer to Sekien, and weaker when closer to the circumference of the Bounded Field. The Bounded Field can grow to up to a radius of 50km provided that a steady and sufficient source of mana is provided.

Riding C-:
A skill granted to mainly Rider and Saber class servants.
Since Sekien can freely manipulate her creations, that goes without saying that she is able to mount or assimilate into any of her creations.
However, this really only applies to anything she creates. She's helpless if it's anything else.

A maiden that's still drawing on her deathbed-no, a maiden with a dream.
She envelopes her dream in her records, with brush and pen, and solidifies their existence with sheer willpower alone.

Miasmic Hexing B+++:
The scroll she carries on her back emits a miasmic aura, which can ward of danger and detect killing intent around a 25m radius around it.
It may land a curse on anyone who touches it, purposefully or accidentally, as a safety mechanism.
When used in conjunction with Territory Creation, cursing of long-distance enemies can be possible.
From what a passer-by kitsunebi said, the curse can alter common sense, which means that all bodily functions completely goes haywire.
The supposed way to lift and recover from this curse is for Sekien, and only Sekien to tell the scroll to lift it.

Closing the Curtains to Reality EX:
Within her small room, Reality does not exist.
Time remains still, and the ages silently seep past her.
There is only a girl and her brush, no matter how many years have escaped through her grasp.

Visage of the Furious Hundred Demons A++:
There is a reason why the large scroll behind her back is bound and sealed, despite looking like a harmless roll of tatami.
Even Sanzang advises you to not casually approach it. It has to be handled using equipment purified by either ascended servants or saints themselves.
For the Hundred Demons are fiercely loyal to their mother.
Even of they know what she's doing is wrong, they will still move ahead.

Assimilation A+:
A skill evolved from her Riding Skill.
It allows her to literally put her own soul into her creations.
It can be used to cause mass damage, or espionage.
It is also noted that most monsters have unique abilities, so each individual monster would be a force to be reckoned with.

The sequel of Gazu Hyakki Yagyō, as well as the predecessor of two others. However, it was Gazu Hyakki Yagyō and Konjaku Gazu Zoku Hyakki that left some of the most memorable monsters and supernaturals, like the Tengu, the Kappa, the Yurei, and the most basic of them all: the Oni.
Despite being a proper Ukiyo-e Artist of the Kano school, as the teacher to the founder of Utagawa School, she was never officially recognized as a "Kano School Artist", which meant her peers in the art world had enjoyed more fame and recognition for drawing and painting more proper things.
However, this shut-in didn't mind.
She never wanted fame anyways.
She just wanted to draw monsters.
The society never thought monsters where "proper', hence she replied by thinking that society wasn't "proper".
Even to her last breath, she worked to produce more monsters to this world.
Her iron will was finally realized when the Gazu Hyakki Yagyō e-hon tetralogy was recognized as "proper" and used as references and to be admired.

It is worth noting that when more mana is supplied, Sekien can either produce more monsters or ensure the monsters do not dematerialize easily, ensuring that her army is more sturdy.
Then monsters rush towards the enemies in a Banzai Charge.
When proper instructions are given from someone with Sekien's permission, usage of formations is allowed. Basically a little army of unkillable monsters.
Like a Spartan king's 300 Soldiers, or a little girl's deck of cards.
Due to special considerations, A few monsters will not show up during the Parade, like a Certain Good-Wife type Fox servant, a Certain Banana Oni servant, or a Certain Firebreathing Yandere-type Dragon servant.
The Sessho-seki will show up, though.
Normally, this Noble Phantasm is classified as Anti-Army, but a certain Storyteller has extensively remodelled her Spirit Origin such that all reality distorts, and all truths made false after these monsters are near its vicinity.
Hence, it now has been classified as "Anti-Reality"

Apparently Physics or Common Sense are made ineffective around these monsters, hence, they can survive high falls or breathe normally underwater.
However, it is unknown whether Chemical and Biological changes can be applied to things or people that are in the vicinity of the Parade.

Lore and Background

Toriyama Sekien is a Ukiyo-e Painter, known for her bestiary tetralogy, as well as creating the fuki-bokashi method, which allowed for painters to add colour gradations. She was also known as the teacher for Kitagawa Utamaro and Utagawa Toyoharu. However, little is known about her private life, and her teachers and students had lived more social lives as compared to herself.
Tis' the life of a shut-in.
Little did she know, in her years of drawing and painting in complete solitude, she had already activated her mental trigger, that is to "Draw What She Likes."
For the first time, magical energy, albeit weak, flowed through her magical circuits, and she had awakened her own "Origin".
"Obsession".
Perhaps this is why whenever you try to call her while she's drawing, she won't be able to hear you.
Even though these new Magical Circuits have not seen battle or combat, they have been battered by years of incessant usages, by transporting magical energy to Sekien's illustrations.
Which is why the Scroll, or rather, the Contents of the Scroll she carries with her can only identify Sekien as an "Ally".
But, all in all, Sekien was a loner. She believes to not have done anything praiseworthy, or deserving to be recorded down the Throne of Heroes.
But she is still there. The will of the Throne itself is stronger than a loner's inferiority complex.
Hence, she thinks of herself as merely a stain mark that the Throne of Heroes refuse to get rid of.

Sekien, under the orders of a Certain Storyteller, created and modelled a part of the singularity to recreate the scenery of mythical places during the Age of Gods.
Later, using excess magical energy from all the leylines in [redacted] to summon Bo Yi, the author of the Records of Mountains and Seas.
It was the servant she needed, as the beasts recorded in his Records had actually existed some time in the past, allowing them to be easier to summon.
She immediately got to work pumping out great quantities of beasts from the Records using external mana sources provided by the Storyteller, and scattered them around the [redacted].
Little did she know, Bo Yi's Magical Resistance was rather strong due to him being a person from the Age of Gods, allowing him to escape from Sekien's control.

Later, Sekien would be fought as the third final, as well as the final boss for this portion of the [redacted]

At the end of the entire singularity, where the protagnist defeats the Storyteller, she is one of the people who revisits his castle, and laments about how they were wrong, and should return to reality one day.

Personality and Interactions
Sekien can come off as shy to strangers due to her lack of social experience, so she would show up as a shadow behind Bo Yi's back most of the time. However, as you get to know her better, she can be very stubborn and haughty. Only in a few situations will she humbly ask someone for help. Having butt tons of idols probably didn't help her grow as both a person and a Servant, as she tends to foam at the mouth when she meets her idols in person or as a Servant.

Dialogues with Master:

I'm done with the remake.
I tried to revamp it a little now that there is a buffer time between two of my national exam papers.
I excluded Shuten and Momiji from the entire chasing thing mainly because Shuten would most likely not give a fuck, and Momiji is a freakin dino. I also took out Gawain because he needs to go farming with me.
Also, I tend to associate Osakabehime with being a chad artist, so I may or may not write an Interlude about Sekien going to learn how to draw waifus (Like that one time in Luluhawa with Hokusai)
You should really see their illustrations in the bestiaries. Sekien really went all out on them. Jeez.
