Arthur's debut trial quest on mobile explained how Arthur was chasing Beast VI throught different worlds so Beast VI was effectively world hopping before popping out in Arcade while Musashi we saw in Olympus what her final fate (at least for now maybe? who knows) was. And I do believe that both of Beast VI's storylines on mobile and Arcade must be connected because Arcade's story makes references to the mobile Part 1 storyline as something that have already happened (Ozy, Lion King, Tiamat and even Goetia got namedrop in Babylon)
