What about the foreshadowing which was shown in Hanafuda Extra where Nero and Manaka talk with each other and Nero wants to add Manaka to her harem and she also suppress Manaka's power with her theater.
I don't know exactly. Probably a newborn Spirit Origin nourished on the souls of the Tokyo HGW Servants. The prophetic concept of the biblical Antichrist and the Beast of Revelations has two interpretations. One is as political allegory parallels Nero with the iconography in Revelations....aka a Lapse. The other and often popularized by Evangelical circles posits that the Beast of Revelations is a yet-to-be-born entity that will unite the kingdoms under a despotic world government and persecute believers before falling to the Second Coming. In other words: it would be a thing of the future, a Rapture. It wouldn't be a preexisting entity like Goetia, Kama-Mara, Tiamat, Nero, or Cath Palug.

I doubt that "L" and "R" will stand for "Lapse" and "Rapture" for every Beast with two halves.
L for London and R for Rome is a popular theory in the Manaka-believing crowd.
My point still stands, Beast VI has L and R and neither are Manaka.
There are a dozen possible setups to how L & R could work, so there's not much point in declaring anything right now.

No release date but we can expect it earlier as Lilim should be much shorter.
I doubt Lilim Harlot anytime soon. It takes them a long long time between chapters, even if they're "short". Unless it's our collab of course, but that's mahoyo as my bet.

True. I just want answers of what is the connection among Mother Harlot, Lilim and Nero. I am expecting Nero/Lilim at most.
There is a little detail with Manaka itself being a Beast. That is...love. The only think for this to work is if her reason is similar to Kiara but only applied to Arthur. Fortunately (for the writer at least) the reason for love for humanity can be so full of bullshit as they are needed. The only think neccesary is they have somewhat sense. What were Kama and Tiamat reasons again?
Tiamat is a mother who is super mad that her dear children are living the nest, and Kama is literally the god of love.
As evident from her family and the girls she sacrificed Manaka definitely doesn't view anyone apart from Arthur as a human being but more as an ant.
