Yeah I guess so. All the swimsuit servants in arcade have a mobile equivalent so I thought it was automatically assumed

i'm curious as to why? You have threads for ripping assets from everything else. If you somehow got the game running on pc wouldn't this be possible?

For starters, getting those assets requires an act of corporate espionage (i.e. someone leaking them from the developer's computer) or an act of vandalism (physically interfacing one of the arcade machines and bypassing whatever security measures were put in place...which, knowing Sega, is probably a half-assed arcade version of gameguard). In the immortal words of Carl Brutananadilewski, "SO FRICKIN' ILLEGAL."
The point being: a thread on the subject would make this site liable and subject to a Cease and Desist AT BEST!
I think while you might not get your hands on the actual assets yourself, I think the fact that you got so much as the rayshift arcade TL for Lilim Harlot is probably way more than could have ever been expected as far as getting your hands on the game outside of the actual game, so there's always that to think about.
