Sure, but the "summonable Beasts" are actually differently structured units with the same name and a similar aesthetic. This Beast is just Nero. We already have 3 summonable Neros.
I could see them releasing something more similar to Beast VI, but her would just be a Rider Nero Lily or something.

That wouldn't be Beast. That would be Alterego (should be Rider but I think all the summonables previously Beast are Alteregos?).

Kama is an Assassin, Koyanskaya fragments are an Assassin and a Foreigner, and I'm sure that a playable Goetia would be a Pretender or a Caster.

I also personally don't count pseudo-Servants as genuine summonings, even for Beasts. Truthfully, we haven't seen the true form of Kama/Mara as a Beast. Until it's officially confirmed that Mother Harlot is possessing Nero, I'm at least willing to chalk her up as another Saberface.
Probably has something to do with origin of the Arcade Branch which I'm increasingly convinced was born as a result of the Paradox of Solomon removing himself from the Throne. Chaldea existed as a result of the Marisbury winning the Holy Grail War with Solomon->Chaldea saves Humanity from Goetia because of Solomon's Sacrifice-> But if Solomon was no longer part of the of Throne of Heroes, he could not have been summoned by Marisbury nor could he sacrifice himself-> So who was summoned by Marisbury?

Draco says it has been fun and she was joking the whole time, she'll wait chaldea in her final singularity as a full beast (she was a larva in babylon) and retreats

He spawns
He gets defeated by Beast 6 RIGHT AWAY
He sends his power to a heroic spirit in the area (not outright said, but OBVIOUSLY Nemo)
Nemo-Noah wanders on and tries to do his job
In the previous sections (pre-raid) Captain says he's damaged/whatever
In this fight now he says hes ran out of magical energy
He says this is all he can do as a grand, and he needs chaldeas power
