Like I'm pretty sure Karl's has cannons and stuff, but Charuru version does not.
Karls is a whole city while Charles only amounted to as big as a manner. Though I'm curious to see how Karl's work outside of the Moon Cell since it sounds like it expands and transforms. As for weapons, I do think Charles could customize and change his NPs layout to not be a major but then again I'm not seeing any firepower it does would be better then Joyuese and his 12 banner swords

Need to take a page out of Titorias book, if your mobile fortress doesnt have weapons, just mount some beam swords on the side and voilà.
Charles is likely one of the fastest servants. Definitely the best direct display of speed for dodging GoB rapid fire and closing on Gil. The Excalibur spam was pretty ridiculous too. As long as he doesn't get into a beam clash, I could see him beating either Charles or Artoria. Though I'd peg the latter as the stronger servant, regardless. Mainly because of Instinct.

His speed isn’t really anything after being spoiled by the sonic fastness of Achilles and Cu I feel.
all in all I just don’t think he’s truly in the same tier as Charu or Artie.
Ignoring the fact that Richie's definitely faster than Cu, it's not like Achilles' speed has ever actually accomplished much.
Although considering he's supposed to be the fastest any feat Richard gets via speed alone against Gil should be replicable by Achilles so I'd give it to him in the end. Though it'd still depend on other factors.
Well, there has to be a point at which "Fast as fuck" NP craps out and starts making Achilles only 1 meter per hour faster than his opponent.

meaning cu had survived serious Gil for that long. This was due to cu being the only actual divine that had sanity Gil could fight.
I remember someone mentioning that Gil had some kind of special attack in Unlimited Codes for Herc and Cu to back up the idea of Gil taking them extra seriously.
I have no such thing but thinking about it he has a skill dedicated to his swiftness and can potentially raise his AGI to A++. I'll be the first to tell you stats are meaningless but I see no reason to assume that with the portrayal and hype his speed has been given so far that he's slower than someone who's speed is just noted to be very impressive but has never actually accomplished him anything against a properly strong opponentCitation needed
Also Gil fought Cu in the Kotomine's orphan buffet basement. In that tight room with minimal distance between both of them his agility did jack. Not that we actually know what happened since it's one of those fights Nasu can't actually explain convincingly so he just offscreens it (like Archer or Kojiro vs Herc)
It's the end move of one of his combos, usually he finishes it with a GoB spam, but when against Berserker, Lancer or himself he finishes with Enuma Elish
