Didn't Karna also display absurd healing powers when he made it through Vlad's internal impalement shenanigans?
Nothing notable really last time I checked.
I think surviving being impaled by from the inside by Vlad's stakes, then removing it by circulating fire through his insides(which he is not immune to) and then wounding Vlad and almost killing him immediately afterwards is a pretty notable feat.
Most servants can do that much. As long as the spiritual core isn’t severely damaged you can just cover wounds with mana. Avalon is different in that sounds aren’t just iced over, they are actually removed.
I also don’t think it was supposed to be a demonstration of healing powers so much as, I dunno, determination? Or grit? I guess?
Well that’s also kind of what I meant. Servants are bad-asses and when they get hurt they just slather prana over the wounds and fight through the pain.
True, but I think McJon is referring to something more specific to Karna. It's less "I can just heal these wounds" and more " 'tis but a scratch".

So does Scathach perform well enough to take a few lives before jobbing? Or does she straight out job from the start?
The only stuff she has to hurt him are unelaborated on runes and Gate of Skye. The latter seems impressive, but then you remember how Herk walked into the underworld, beat up its dog, and walked right back out. Also how Cu Alter Falcon Punched Scathach straight into her own NP when she tried to suck him off.

Real talk. Fate discord was saying how she could wipe him based on her being > than Cu. Because of Nasus statement of Renown boost Cu being Heracles equal.

I remember hearing Cu could rune boost Gae Bolg to kill Herc, so Scathach could probably do that too, but I'm sure it'd only work once.
I'm pretty doubtful about her being > Cu at all. FGO powerlevel is not representative of anything, she might have taught him but compared to him she's a nobody.
Cu's training is hardly the sum of his ability either.
We've never seen her beat him either, IIRC.

Does he? I don’t remember that. Scatch is a top servant in extella, one of the seven strongest. The only other top lancer is karna
Cu is fighting in a party and has Charlie/Hakuno/whoever else present for backup in Extella Link. None of those fights are ever 1 v 1. Scathach is called stronger than Cu in a lot of places. Pretty explicitly in the KnK event where Cu admits she massacred him and like 20 other heroes in their graduation exam. I don't think it's important here though. She doesn't have a way of roasting all 12 of Herc's lives, and Gate of Skye can be interrupted.
Or she boosts her spear, trapping Herk and then she Gate of Skye's him
I'd say we don't know enough about her special runes or Gate of Skye but while I do think Herk wins more often she's not exactly an easy fight
