About Sasuke and Naruto can i agree ,what would you actually say powerlevel wise , evaluate the Akatsuki members like i would think that Kisame with Samehada could be a hell against many servants like i think would it able to absorb the Mana from servants direct and could dispell ,quite many spells especially Elemental or projectile baed ones by simply "eat them". like how would think be the Outcome of Kisame vs Arthoria respectively would i like to see fight Minato vs Achilles or Sandaime Raikage vs Saber Herakless would be Epic !!

Samehada could probably work if the Servant doesn't know what it does. Saber as instinct, she will catch that it's a bad idea making much contact with it, leaving Kisame to deal with her invisible weapon and I don't think he is prepared for that.

Also, even if Minato's yellow flash can keep up with Aquiles speed, I don't think he has anything to pass the invulnerability. Same think with Raikage and God Hand

You must mean the manga. By the end of the second season Sinbad hasn't really gotten stronger, he just shows off more of his power.

I'm fairly sure that by the final arcs everyone who was fighting in the ninja war gets scaled to massively supersonic (which is just one more of the reasons the manga became such a dumpster fire by the end). So yes, depending on which Fate we take as canon your basic ninja mook are on par with or even outspeed Servants.

And then there's the real laughable cases, like Madara.

Okay, I can't see Hinata or Shikamaru going supersonic but okay, you still have to take into account all the conceptual bullshit. Things like Aquileus Kosmos's "it's a Shield, but it's actually the world" or Gae Bolg's "reversing causality", or even more esoteric things like Enfer' Chateau Dif's " escaping from time and space" cannot be dealt with by the vast majority of the cast.

I don't think he is that much faster than a servant. Not to mention not all NP's need to be activated. Andreas Amaranthus is constantly active, so is God Hand and Kavacha and Kundala. Heck, even Cu's Protection from arrows would neutralize a lot of longe range Jutsu, not to mention the number of Servants who have Magic Resistance, which i assume can protect against Chakra based attacks
