There's at least some canons where the spider that gave Peter his powers was actually supernatural (an incarnation of a totemic spider-god or somesuch. Don't ask me, comics can be weird) so you could fudge something there.
Dr. Strange placed a spell on him which lets him hurt spirits and similar. There, done!
Like I said, though, while I think Spider-Man would do reasonably well against most of the original F/SN cast if the fighting was purely physical, he'd probably be screwed by their Noble Phantasms and assorted Skills. Cybele, the Atlas spell, Gáe Bolg, Zabaniya... There are just too many ways to kill him or disable him against which he'd be defenceless.

Even Archer has ways to screw him over. Amazing agility and Spider-Sense are very useful, but even Spidey would have a hard time dodging a bunch of Hruntings.

I'd agree if it was a "shield equal to Rho Aias", but due to him being Emiya, it IS Rho Aias. It's known as the shield that defeated Durindana, I think that would account for something, even if lower ranked.
Given Emiya's usual MO I'd bet that he blocks the spear and then has to fight against Hector after he breaks out the sick Trojan Kung-fu he used to duel Achilles.

Hinako is mostly notable for her crazy high survival power. Outside that she's a pretty average assassin. I think most servants with some kind of anti-immortal stuff would take her down. The stronger ones could just keep killing her over and over. She's pretty strong but nothing unbeatable for powerful servants.

In theory alter Santa lily could probably blast him. I actually haven’t seen her (I guess she is coming this year?) but most iterations of saber have massive beamus which iskander has not typically done well against.
I think he means Jeanne Alter Santa Lily Lancer. He just abbreviated it.
