Since AoB firepower = GoB, UBW should be able to counter it.

I mean, we DID see his full potential. Volumen Hydrargyrum was a wonder of magecraft in many ways, and the defenses he built up at that hotel on a short notice were probably amazing as well. He was a great magus, he just sucked in combat tactics and strategy.

The main thing I see as a problem in this match up is that Enkidu isn't going to mess around once UBW comes out, but even before he vastly outskills EMIYA

granted Gil wouldn't be as he was against Shirou either if he was up against EMIYA so uh ye GG

The question isn't if Enkidu would style all over him(obviously) but whether UBW could counter his second NP the same way it could Gil's.

Which, provided he doesn't form Divine Constructs(I forgot if he could), I don't see why it wouldn't. Assuming both have infinite mana of course.

Enkidu himself is a divine construct. Either everything he makes is one, or he can make them.

Unless you have a skill or np similar to Achilles's, I don't thing Divine construct make a big different against UBW.

It makes a huge fucking difference since the only way UBW is able to compete against Gate of Babylon in the first place is because making the same weapon and smashing it into itself makes them both self destruct, if you can't replicate the weapon because it's a divine construct then you're stuck smashing DIFFERENT weapons into each other in which case the better weapon wins and boy let me tell you those aren't Emiya's lol

Actually due to processing constraints the ground of UBW is being rendered as a 2D plane with parralax, underneath is just an empty void

He brought a lot of other tools and such with him tho that were lost. Sure Hydragyrum is valuable to a ridiculous extent compared to all the rest, but I wonder what else he would've and could've used.

Either way it's also a bit hard to judge someone's head for tactics and strategy when all their set up and their big plan is erased I feel.

I don't really know if I'd say that. Kayneth was stellar as a magus, but his magecraft wasn't something especially suited to combat. The fact that he was as much of a combat presence as he was in spite of that is a bit of a testament to his ability, but still.

Unless it's a case where the other party also isn't especially skilled in combat, like a duel between proper magi, or unless it's a case where he has good compatibility, like against Alba, he doesn't seem to be cast as the most capable combat party.

I wouldn't be surprised if Enkidu's NPs is tied to the Earth. Being inside UBW would probably loosen his connection to it and weaken AoB.
