It depends what you mean by planet level. In MB she created a world where humanity had gone extinct (albeit something that could only last for one night), which was later taken by Dust of Osiris to bring forth the dead of the world for real. She also has her moon fall which could be close to planet level destruction, albeit that might be something she can only access when she becomes Warc.
