No. Kotomine and Kohaku in a trolling contest.
Kotomine wins, hands down.
Not a chance, kohaku was always a much better troll then kirei.

Kyubey trolls both of them into making contracts. Then, they Xanatos Gambit their way into screwing up with him, only to be destroyed because Tomoe was standing in their way.
And that's how Hisui won.
Kohaku's better at planning- Kirei was always the Troll king.
