I can't imagine how it would even be conceivably possible to overwhelm her with numbers in all honesty, unless the individual things have insane durability so they don't get one shotted and are able to cover more than the planet's diameter.

I don't think you understand the scale of WH40k conflicts.
Planets are cracked open or FGO-Solomon'd on a regular basis and the Tyranids are worse than that. Blowing up planets is a thing you do to slow down a Tyranid fleet.
basically this is kind of pointless because tyranid invasions eat all biological matter off a planet in a day if they dont have to be careful about interstellar repercussions that require them to rip off They Live!

They're just as capable as any other trans-stellar actor of dropping impactors on a planet until it's a lifeless ball of dust and lava. Or, given time, exploding a mass relay or two to blanket a system. Against ground forces at least, they're limited by the desire to eat civilisations instead of killing them, not by a lack of firepower.

Although, thinking about it, you might be justified in classing the upper end of Ether Knights as somewhat similar to Primarchs.
