most shadow servants are at approx servant level attributes minus one and a single kaleidostick is enough for them.
Paired, the keleidosticks amplify each other. hell, im not even sure the suicide phantasm would be enough to drop ilya through her shield and rapid healing abilities.
Not to mention the flieng; Jeanne is pretty lacking in long-range capabilities, after all.
What if we add another Jeanne to the mix and let them alternate NPs?

They won't be able to build up np gauge fast enough to keep perma invulnerability though, what with the self stun and care distributions.

speaking of zwei illya is it actually true that kaleido stick ruby is stronger than gil because muh zeltretch creation?
EA is capped at 4000 atk, kaleido sticks i think arent capped, so that would mean that the sticks can be stronger, but probably not happening outside the prismaverse
oh yeah, it was only a half Enuma Elish so its capped at 2000atk

No, as was covered specifically in prisma Ilya, Ilya is still limited by the amount of prana she can force out of her body. Help that's why she pulled a Shirou and jury rigged her nervous system as false circuits.
Now, that number is high enough that she was able to beat EA, which does in fact give her over 2k damage, but an attack with damage higher then whatever her maximum output could do her in.
Zelretch's Ether cannon outputs nearly infinite amounts of energy. I mean it vaporized a celestial body falling towards the Earth at high speed. That something created by Zelretch can overpower Ea should be like, duh.
