Sorry for linking to a blog, but I suck at explaining how I feel about all this "subjectivity vs objectivity" and "standards" stuff and this guy words my thoughts on the matter way better than I could

DINO GETTER,FUCK YESS
Spoiler:
Tiamat looks like she came out of Arceus and the Jewel of Life. Not a good look for the spooky scary monster of doom. The model needs better shading and less Twizzler-like hair. Gorgon had a consistently hideous face but the rest of her was reasonably convincing. Rather than the wrongness of Lancelot or the Shadow, Tiamat just looks out of place, and even goofy at times. Hopefully her final mode looks better.
Ishtar's NP looked rad, albeit a bit short. The absolute horror of Team Chaldea at the poorly executed CGI was aces, and the comedy was sublime.
not going to hype Beast II unless it's FF VII remake tier CGI.
wonder ho many ppl regrets voting this chapter to be animated.
Who would regret voting for this chapter to be animated? Bad CG is bad but if that's your dealbreaker to the point of wishing Babylonia never got adapted then something's definitely off with you. The general positives of the anime far outweigh the bad CG IMO.
That’s true enough. As bad as the CGI is, adapting the other chapter instead in itself would’ve been a waste. Maybe if camelot wasn’t getting movies, then maybe people would’ve regretted it.
"An ideal is only an ideal after all. As long as you embrace that ideal, the friction with reality will continue to increase. So you will someday face reality and will have to pay for your compromises"
I'm sure they will fix bad animation in BD, but will they fix bad CGI?
Has bad CGI ever been edited out for anime BDs?
What can the bull of heaven do if Ishtar shooting a freaking planet at Tiamat isnt enough.
Wait for more Fate/strange Fake to know.
With this fast pacing, I don't see them manage to explain Tiamat's deal at this rate (they already cut some lines allude to that), which is a shame cuz that's something I hoped the anime will elaborate more than the game.
He's very huge, like a mountain even, so he can clash with her and stall her on her path until Eresh finished the preps to open the underworld cuz they need to somehow stall for 1 day, kinda like a certain golem stalling a certain mammoth in a certain post-apocalyptic Russia.
Tho the biggest problem would be the possibility him touching the Chaos Tide and turn into Gugalahmu, which will double fuck everyone.
Apparently Gugalanna, too, is capable of wiping out Mesopotamia, though by eating everything rather than drowning people in icky Grail mud.
Fate/Grand Order: Babylonia Episode 14: I liked the talk Ritsuka had with Merlin before they attacked the Blood Fort. Hearing him talk about himself and Gilgamesh was pretty cool. The fight between Kingu and Quetzalcoatl was so good, why couldn't all of the fights have been like that? I wonder how the next episode is going to be like?

now that we've seen chaos tide in anime, I'm curious how many ppl knows this website's title was based on reality marble of a dead apostle who tried to recreate authority of Tiamat.
