Honestly vastly prefer these designs to Babylonia so the reaction here is pretty surprising, anyway with Kise being the Chief animation director, the last thing you should worry about is the anatomy.

Honestly, some of the characters (knights, Mash) looked just fine in the trailer, but some (Sanzang, Lion King closeup) were just plain off. Something makes me feel like either the lineart or the coloring weren't 100% complete on them..but surely there's no way they'd release unfinished scenes on a trailer, right? ...right?

They can, sometimes there are scenes in trailers that don't appear in the final product, not even for the BD.
Hopefully its 2 different scenes. The x's in the background are further appart in the first one so lets say first one is Gawain kissing her feet and the lighting is his miniature sun hovering above his head just out of frame, and the 2nd is just Seiba walking out of the throne room

If the character design varies this much during the movie, even in close-up shots, then it's guaranteed to be shit visually.

Arash's clairvoyance is A ranked right? Can he also see into future like Solomon and Gilgamesh?
And is there a reason why he have this ability? Like in his lore.
He's an Archer, he can see far, hence clairvoyance.

In Fragments he could see pretty much all of Tokyo if his line of sight was unobstructed and his Master was constantly failing to hide her inner thoughts from him. His ability to "see into the future" is just simple evaluation from seeing everything in front him and reading people really well.
