The only thing I could find on Tonbogiri related to Bleach was from a fan-fiction wiki, which I presume isn't what Deathhappens had in mind. There is a Zanpakuto named Haguro Tonbo though, so maybe he got mixed up with that?
Best anime tonbogiri is Horizon

Machines do not lose their worth when a newer model appears.
Their worth (life) ends when humans can no longer bear that purity.
I don't know why I didn't think of it sooner, but the bit about Grand Casters and Clairvoyance made me think of somebody like Nostradamus.
Slap five stars, a Charisma and some generic moe traits on it and you're done.
shit BL says
Once and always and nevermore.
Grand Saber would be Musashi with his wooden sword that can cleave the sky in half

yeah like how the Grand Assassin was a pure assassin and not an armored swordsman that can magically blot out the sky and possess others and
Localizationing stuff
For one thing, I just said that it would make thematic sense in my mind, not that'd be the only possible option by any means. No need to get pointlessly snarky at me.
And your example falls flat even by your own logic. The founder of the Hashashin is very much famous for assassinating people (or at least ordering assassinations), while my point was someone like Arturia is famous more for her feats as a king and hero than just being really good with a sword. Yeah, she is very good with a sword (as pretty much all Sabers are), but if you were to ask someone to name what traits they associate with Arthur; "king of Britain" and "wielder of Excalibur" would almost certainly come before "master swordfighter".
Musashi, on the other hand, is a hero entirely due to his swordsmanship. If not for that, he just would've been a random dude who beat up and killed a bunch of other random dudes and bashed a guy over the head with an oar once. That's why I think he'd be more fitting as Grand Saber than someone who was a swordsman but was famous for lots of other stuff too. Again, obviously there's other options; I'm just outlining one that makes thematic sense to me.
You missed the point because you focused on what the Servant can do as a Servant, whereas I was talking about what they were famous for in their original life/legend. Regardless of what else he can do as a Servant, King Hassan is absolutely famous as an assassin more than anything else, so your insinuation that he's a counterexample to my claim is completely false.
