    Rin is lovely ALWAYS (and the funniest of the heroines, by far)

    And Ciel-sempai is love, too. Not to mention that she has two of the most powerful and beautiful scenes in the novel.

    Arc is funny.

    And Archer is anything but a pussycat. Yeah, he is an asshole, a treacherous bastard, a cynic bastard and he isn't as GAR as his original (The younger Shirou Emiya) but he isn't a pussycat, and the fight between Archer and Zerker was the best scene in all the anime.

    Shirou levels up in badass. Therefore, Archer is at Shirou's ideal level of badass. Shirou's only GAR for a few moments in the entire game, Archer radiates it all the live-long day.

    No. Archer radiates assholism through most of the game, with a few moments of true GAR, and more than a few moments of badassery.

    Through half HF, a good third of UBW and a few moments in Fate, Shirou breaths, radiates and exudes true GAR. Mostly when his loved one is in danger. Archer only radiates GAR when he stops being an asshole, when he decides that he can't kill Shirou this time.

    Since when did being an asshole exclude you from being GAR?
    Being an asshole never hurt the sex life of the bad boy archetype, so when it comes to something like GAR it should not matter at all.
