It is definitely after that happens since the Fionn in GO hasn't personally experienced the whole drama with Diarmuid, he just knows it's a thing that happened hence why he's kind of flippant about it

When Tsuki remake will be released, after a few months of hype almost all fandom will start to massively ignore it existance. Everyone will go back to fate or will move on from the IP.
Old Tsukihime fans wont have much to discuss except marvel at production values and maybe talk about the changes and retcons.
People who havent played tsuki yet probably have zero interest in non Fate T-M in the first place and would be content playing the gambling simulator for the rest of their life.
tsuki remake by its very nature is not a work that would spark much discussion i think.
The Buddhist naming of the moves probably isn't an accident either. Plus the one time she fights as a protagonist highlighted that the things she was fighting were being sucked into voids and demi'd (some FF references in there) to death. When Shirou was taken in that one bad end in HF when he wanders off in the forest and walks into a dark place for hours is another example of her powers, it even had the same name as that move from UC, Cursed Layer of the Womb, Mandala.
It's just not really explored, but Femme Fatale was basically Rin getting a mix of a holodeck and Mangenkyo Sharingan. AMD it was used as a joke in the Assasination Diary Scene in Hollow, but Shirou and Shinji were transposed into another realm and Shirou wakes up in his bed. So transportation, storage, holodeck, vacuum crushing, a room of space and time, I guess Sakura's vagina does it all.
Or it will be introduced into the framework of Fate's million spinoffs. That will be the best way to ensure its longevity. I have said it before, but Tsuki on it's own is tailor made to be a personable, contained story. While Fate has innumerable potential(the characters have bigger ambitions to met and interact with other characters, which enriches the potential narratives) to even have tie ins into what Tsuki, Notes, KnK, Mahoyo, DDD, and whatever the hell else needs to be thrown in by its widening of the scope of things with FGO now.

There is a future timeline where DW accepts it ran out of material, and guda gets dumped into the Tsuki tree, and since servants can't be called forth, Sion will create a tatari-powered Trismegistos to summon various vampires and monster hunters and urban myths and natural spirits and mixed bloods, just like in Party At My Castle. So begins Melty Blood/Hollow Order.
We must do all we can to steer our timeline away from that one.
