But on lovecraft, putting the mythos in the setting a was mistake in terms of antithesis of themes, I feel like there is some meta stuff you could do with it but using it unironically was a mistake.

Or just put lovecraft and the dieties are explicitely not real instead of this half assing they keep doing with it
