Noel is great, but didn't need to be a Tsuki-Re character. She could've been a spin off side or main character instead. Her existence doesn't actually solve the problems of the Ciel route originally, or in the remake.

What a truly frighteningly awful opinion, good job. Though unfortunately for you, didn't they already say that there will be none to minimal changes to the actual script?
Although, I think LE could've definitely worked well as a revamped EXTRA style game, rather than an anime, because there's so much you could've done with it, so I'll give you that at least.
My actual crackpot theory is that the reason the game is delayed is because Nasu came in and demanded changes, as he inevitably does whenever he tries to remake anything. It will all be in my favor, Last Encore showed to me that Nasu is personally invested in my happiness, at the expense of literally everyone else.
Things will be added, for the sake of the other two games in Studio BB's trilogy, but Niinou really wants the content of the old script as unaltered as possible. Except the NTR scene, he thinks that part was a really immature joke and announced it will be rewritten completely.
last encore should have been made as fandisk like Kagetsu and Hollow.

Frighteningly prophetic, you mean. And in a positive way; Petri's opinion on LE is good and righteous.
To this day I genuinely have no idea what truly drove the ire towards that anime.

The last part is very much something that I had an issue with, but I recently watched it all again with the BDs, and SHAFT did mostly a good job in fixing up all the odd-spots from before. Not only that, but being able to go through all of it in one sitting, rather than waiting from week to week did lead to a much better overall experience. It flowed much better and was much easier to grasp.
As much as I agree that Last Encore is in fact quite based and high IQ I think it works better when EXTRA itself is the primary existence. That said LE would work better as anything but an anime. Nasu works are just fated to not have enough time and budget to keep up with his ideas.
