Can't be any worse than that alternate timeline in that fan comic Sword Dancers where her child ends up some kind of death abomination and she is half rotting in a box.

Hell, if people were going full denial, Nasu forgets most of the powers she normally should have that are as good or better than that.
The fact a sealed off time space where nearly anything can happen is used more often as a joke (like putting Medusa into time out for being too horny at a family restaurant)than a viable tool is sad.

Tragically it's actually a stable time loop.

When Sakura used Imaginary Number space to go back in time she accidentally awakened Justease's worm fetish, leading to Zouken turning himself into bugs to impress her, leading to him going insane and using Sakura as a lab rat.

It definitely something that can be useful in a mystery novel like story.
But there is a lot about it that hasn't been looked into just recently.
Like those Void Uni that you see as a drop in the current event of FGO, suspiciously those look just like the spikes Sakura accidentally used on Shirou and then used on herself in the movie, and I'm pretty sure in the original scene those were just spears, not urchin like spikes.
So the powers one has with this ability are sadly as we said before, kinda just haphazardly thought up as things go along.
But hey, if more applications get introduced, that just means more creative ways to imagine their usage.
