If that's the case, then nvm. She'd probably play like a souped up Tenten. Still, based on her Melty gameplay, she seems to have good options for both close and long range.

I think it's specifically because her ability with her Monster Hunter Bow. She has divine technique. She's basically a master of all but especially busted there, sniping with her eyes closed.

Arc en Ciel is french for rainbow. Ciel means sky, Arc means bow. There's a rainbow in the name of one of her endings.

I never liked arena fighters. They always felt like watered down action games, that trade off any unique set pieces or innovation for IP fanservice.

Honestly, as cool as a fighting game can be, I'd rather an rpg with a better fighting mechanic than Extra has, maybe do something like Persona 5 did with Strikers.

Mowing down hundred of enemies does feel cathartic at first, but it's gonna be stale after some time.

I'll go with a KH gameplay with more strategy. The actions will feel right at home, with three-dimensional combats from ground to air, and the more over-the-top moves reserved for Reaction Command. Using Skills like in Extella Link in place of Magic Shortcut, with each of the Skills have pros and cons depending on opponents and terrains.
