Something that occurred to me this morning was; way back when there was a licensed Yugioh game called "The Duelist of the Roses" based on the historical Wars of the Roses and in that game Seto Kaiba (or "C. Seto Rosenkreuz") wore armor of his beloved Blue Eyes White Dragon and I thought it would be equal parts ridiculous and awesome that after drinking the blood of the White Dragon, instead of turning into a dragon himself, Vortigern instead got said suit of dragon armor.
In fact, if Vortigern ever becomes a playable Servant in F/GO then he should look like this IMO.

I still totally imagine Vortigern would have a suit of dragon armor though. Not sleek like Kaiba's though, it'd have to be giant, black and intimidating (now that sounds wrong out of context) and overall ripping every trope out of the evil overlord armor playbook. Something like this is what I'm imagining.
It'd also probably fuse with his body in later ascensions, and his final ascension would discard it like a shell only to reveal that he's become entirely draconic underneath anyways.
