Oh, the whole real question always involved a hypothetical situation where Shiki was staying a servant that was t stopping him from doing so. Like, can he kill a servant, not the likelihood of him plausibly doing so considering the difference in power.

Poor Ciel really doesn't get nearly enough credit, the only thing anyone remembers about her is Curry and Anal Jokes.
