So essentially the face aspect of 'saber face' means nothing now. I see 🙃
But yeah, Richard is an expy of various sabers. An Artoria fanboy, a history and hobbies similar to Nero, and a master-servant relationship akin to Arthur. I wouldn't really call him a saberface though
Yep, and nothing else except for Jeannes blond hair. I admit that in terms of face design Richard doesnt look the same as Arthur so I guess I'll concede that. But if there was anyone who was literally designed around Arthur in mind that's him, quite literally.
Also a lot of other girls Takeuchi draws has Sabers face, at least for those two it was intentional
"Only in my company, will you not be a monster"
anywhere than here
Put a Saber wig on Rin or Sakura and they'll look like Saberface themselves.
The premise is interesting. Is it a LN or manga?
The girl in the far back on the cover totally does look like Karen.
I will say the character designs aren't doing it for me.
Main girl is cute but also looks too..."anime", I guess. I know that sounds like a weird thing to say, but what I mean is she doesn't have a more grounded design like I think TM protagonists tend to.
Also I think people are probably making way too big a deal out of the "everyone has a grail" thing, and going way off track with their assumptions of what this will be like. I mean, the word "grail" is literally in quotation marks in the blurb itself, if this "grail" is anything but just a means to summon your fated servant I'd be more surprised tbh.
The true 'Holy Grail' was the friends we summoned along the way
Edit:
After some deep introspection, I've decided to interpret 'anyone has a Holy Grail' to mean that everyone has their own personal Illya following them around.

I'm wondering at what point this split off from normal history.
The premise sounds terrible and stupid i’m into it
Also i watched the animated movie adaptation of Le Petit Prince on a flight once so this is neat
