You should mention that it's a parallel universe, not really "taking place after FSN".
Oh also for material books, there's "Fate/Side Material". It came with the limited edition of FSN. Has some illustrations, sketches, and an encyclopedia of terms/concepts/characters.
There's also those three Fate/Side Materiale ones that can be downloaded off TM's download page (the encyclopedia from Side Material is there too, under "用語辞典")

This contains photos of all the pages (I think so at least. It does have a lot of pages though.). So, if you want to see illustrations, they are there.
There is a scanned version of the print version (don't know if that's the one you posted or not).
Only difference between the printed one and the web one is the illustrations and afterword though, IIRC.

After downloading it, they look more like scans, but ones that were made without unbinding the book...
I think the ones I have are good quality scans, I could post them later maybe.
Oh good, I thought about scanning mine for people if they ever decided to translate it, but it would have taken forever...
If anyone wanted to translate it the text version would probably be more useful anyway (minus the afterword).

- What started out as a fan project, which was given some official headway and production by Type-Moon.
It's not only included with the magazine, since it first came out on April Fool's for free online (under the title Fake/states night) and can still be found in that form, it was just that they added illustrations and an afterword and printed it into book form for the TM Ace version later on. So if someone did want to read it legally they wouldn't necessarily have to buy the magazine.Fate/Strange Fake
