Tbh, not sure if is Arthur or a new character that never make it to the anime, I'm inclined to new character
Also, they have a diorama of Fuyuki city on the TM museum

Can't remember right now which material book or interview was it, but wasn't told that Shielder (before becoming FGO Mash) was considered as a new heroine character for the anime and some story work on before the idea got scratched? I'm thinking this may be it, of course that's just my guess

I mean, I do remember there was an idea for a shielder that was also a remnant from the 4th war that was considered at the very beginning of the idea of fate, but it is my understanding that everything from that was rolled into mash.
I do not recall them every trying to rebuild that into the anime
Wasnt ”Stray Servant”-chan scrapped really early in development? Thay scrapped her because she overlapped too much with Gil’s grail war leftover status, that kinda sounds like they wouldnt have gotten too far.
Honestly this is just me trying hard to convince myself this thing that could be immensely cool is not just a ”what if Mash was sad and shirous gf” scenario lol.
that’s my understanding as well. Again, I do not remember there being any talk of rebooting her for the anime. Especially since they knew it was gonna be UBW waaaaaaaaay before it was announced (uro spilled the beans about it pretty early on then later recanted, saying he wasn’t sure. Fairly confident he was lying through his teeth)
also while my first thought was ilya, since she is kinda the defacto 4th heroine, I kinda doubt they would animate a Loli route. And that’s why the new heroine is taiga! Taiga Taiga taigaaaaaaaaaaa
Wasn't it already mentioned before somewhere or other that 2006 DEEN was originally going to animate the stray servant idea before they canned the idea once again and went forward with the mismash Fate route?
It'd make sense then that they had a whole storyboard of ideas drafted that ended up stored away in the studio somewhere that never saw the light of day till now.

Takeuchi: Yes. But that shield girl's design existed before this project began.
Nasu: It never came to be, but when Studio DEEN made their "stay night" anime, it was originally planned to have an original story. This heroine was formally made back then. We felt it was a waste to keep her locked away like that, and she fit right into the story of "FGO", so we decided to make her the main heroine this time around.
4Gamer： So, is her true identity to be revealed at a later date?
Takeuchi: It's too early (laugh). Trying to figure out a heroic spirit's true name-- their identity, is a big part of the enjoyment of "Fate".
Nasu: In "FGO's" case, the servant's identity becomes revealed once players get their hands on them. So I'd be happy if all the players would do their best to avoid spoilers.
You are thinking on the Ufotable UBW anime, this new material is about the Deen Fate anime and UBW movie
Yeah Deen Mash concept art will definitely be in this, but I wonder if they'll also go into more detail about the original original plan for her in the VN, from Complete Material.

Completely honestly I think striped suit man is an early Atomic Gatorade design.
Maybe he's the master who was going to summon assassin before Medea killed him.
Based on the tiny bit of text we can see I'm calling proto-Twice
So after eons and oodles of cash flowing, we'll get what they wanted Fate other/night to be in some capacity?
Does this mean a general remake is on their mind? Because that would be kinda weird to have a new heroine 15 years later.
It's the plot outline for (most likely) the Stray Servant "route" they were going to do for the DEEN anime
If they were going to actually remake it they probably wouldn't be giving that away to everyone who goes to the event
I think I'd rather have that alleged Prototype Galahad than the Galahad we ended up getting.
That's all stuff I would really like to see. I wonder how big it will be?
