As mentioned before, the error occurred on Day 3, the first time Berserker is encountered. This is my first playthrough.
Also, this is a very minor nitpick, but the Test and Modify buttons on the config menu are pixelated.

This issue is currently being tracked.
1. Open the directory containing the installer in File Explorer
2. While holding the shift key on your keyboard, right click an empty space on the File Explorer and click "Open PowerShell window here"
3. Drag and drop the installer executable on the window that popped up, then press enter
4. Use the installer up until the error occurs
5. Right click on the titlebar of the "Windows PowerShell" window, then go to Edit->Select All
6. Press enter on your keyboard
7. Go to this webpage window and click in the box below "Quick Reply"
8. Press Ctrl-V on your keyboard
9. To the bottom right of the "Quick Reply" box, click "Post Quick Reply"
Your anti-virus or other resident program may be interfering with the plugin loading. Disable your anti-virus then try again.
@Kakarot276 - are you using the version from my signature? I cannot reproduce...
@Polzol - no need - I found the issue. I'll release a new installer once I've solved another issue... (you can use the old once in the meantime)
After disabling my antivirus, the same error still occurs regardless. Any other way to resolve this? Thanks
You are not using the merged files by the installer.
I recommend using the prepatched version.

As to how I obtained Ultimate Edition I downloaded the portable pre-assembled copy of Ultimate Edition v0.9.1 and patched it with the patches from ******************folder/DMsXCIoD#ubkrOC40vxEJDAslcnScow
Had similar errors to this previously but I managed to get past them by switching the Quality from High to Low and playing on Windowed Mode. Unfortunately neither these methods nor restarting the pc managed to solve this error.
Appreciate it if the issue can be fixed.

I found another bug. Clicking 'About...' in the Help tab seems to crash the game. There is also Japanese text in the Patch → Options tab.

Well I finished -Fate- and would like to move on to UBW, how would I go about doing that? Because after finishing -Fate-, I don't see an option to go on to UBW.

If you play through the game again, more choices will appear, which will move you onto the next route.
