I feel like things like the Persona and Second Gen ESPer Perks should be their own thing as opposed to Perks. Classes, maybe. Keeping them as Perks is likely to prevent most of them getting used, actually.
Im not actually invested in any of them because the closest thing for me would be Persona and even then, only because I think it would be fun to chat with Igor.

I mean, even ignoring the attractive RP aspects, the ability to devise a situation where you are handling one task while your COMP is doing another is very seductive. Most characters cant do that, but persona users and what not have completely seperate arsenals to draw on and so can take risks few others could
I think the multitude of things are there for the reason that things which are not attractive to you are attractive for others, and vice versa

I was asked for an an example sheet, so I put one together real quick before heading off to bed.

Added a challengers section to the first post, if your name is there I've seen and read your sheet. If your name is green you're basically done, if your name is yellow then there's either things you need to fix, or you've told me it's in a beta state and I'm simply making a note of it.
On that note, I will also be around today to answer any questions be they mechanical or otherwise.
EDIT: Also, I have added a note to the support section of the common spells as clarification, it is as follows:
-Single target buffs (such as Sukukaja) can be held perpetually by the user, but the cost for them must be paid every turn.
- Got rid of the party buff versions of the kaja's too, bit of a hassle.
