CM3 says the Atlas Institute is located in the "Atlas mountain range of Egypt".... except the Atlas Mountains don't extend into Egypt. They are in north Africa but nowhere near Egypt.

Nasu really meant "executioner", probably. (because the agents don't help people, they just kill stuff) But "executor" isn't terrible, and shorter too.

Think it really might follow the dictionary entry of executor actually. 神の裁きを代行するtoka.
