Just cuz I'm in a writing mood and I feel the need to flesh Miller out some more before I go crazy and wander all over the place, as I am wont to do

1) Miller's 24, he'll be 25 in about two months.
2) Miller's had a small handful of relationships, the last one being maybe a few steps above 'friends with benefits', and he didn't expect it to last through his deployment, it'd been a month since she'd texted.
3) Speaking of, Miller's an active member of the USAF, he was about four months into a six month deployment to the Middle East when he had a sudden case of the ded.
4) He's an aircraft mechanic, and is rather knowledgeable on their inner workings and operation.
5) He's also rather well-informed about firearms, being well-acquainted with a couple of gun nerds and having grown up in a family of the like, he personally owned a couple of pistols and a hunting rifle.
6) He's a classically trained guitarist, and has made a few bucks here and there for it, performing alongside his sister before he joined up and occasionally strumming a tune or three for a bunch of bored maintainers.
7) Very in-shape, given that going to the gym was one of the only escapes he had from sitting around doing nothing, spent a lot of time on the track listening to podcasts.
8) A big old nerd, very into vidya, less into anime these days, though mostly because nothing's really caught his eye.
9) Quit smoking before deploying, is wishing he didn't.
10) Enjoys spicy foods of all sorts, and deeply enjoys imbibing peppers and hot sauces of horrifying intensities, mostly for the endorphin rush.
11) Outdoorsy, enjoys fishing and hiking, with a small passion for photography.
12) Was stationed in Florida, hence his disdain for humidity, and is enjoying the local weather.
13) Speaks Spanish, a smattering of Arabic and Farsi and some French, though with little confidence, and mostly to be annoying.
14) Wants to have a serious relationship, has had little success, is insecure about this, was/is quietly afraid of dying alone.
